Perfect snorkeling tour in Cozumel! - Such a well organized, convenient, safe, and fun excursion! It ended up being even easier to find than expected (the meeting point was literally 200 feet from the cruise port), tour staff were very communicative and made sure we knew where we were going since they had multiple tours happening at the same time. We got on the boat (which has around ~20 people) and it still felt very comfortable spacious. We spent a decent amount of time at each snorkeling location and it never felt crowded even though there were other boats/guests nearby. The final stop was really fun, we had drinks and snacks at a gorgeous sandbar and were surrounded by rays. There were 3 employees with us: the captain, the snorkeling "tour guide," and a photographer for those who didn't have their own underwater cameras. They were very professional and weren't pushy about anything at all. Such a great experience, would highly recommend for novice/advanced snorkelers alike. A few things that I think would be helpful for the company to tell you in advance - if you are being picked up by boat, it will be an additional $3 in cash in addition to the $10 owed for the marine fee. Also, for cruisers, they don't advertise this but they offer a meeting location right next to the cruise port at the El Cid la Cuba hotel. No need to take a taxi somewhere else to get picked up. :)

Fun even on a stormy day - There was a storm advisory on the day we went, so the Harbormaster had closed the south island spots (drats!) But our tour company was very professional about it and the spots we went to instead were still beautiful. Lots of fish, some rays, and even small jellyfish. Our guides - Rafaman and Enrique - were generous and kind and pointing out lots of stuff to us. A lunch on the beach gave an opportunity to connect with the other passengers which we found a surprising highlight for us.

Don't miss this fantastic adventure! - What a fantastic trip! Totally worth the very reasonable cost. Miguel & "Papacito" were friendly, accommodating, & made us feel safe & comfortable. They very conveniently picked my husband & I up & dropped us back off at our hotel pier. Miguel skilfully led us on a leisurely swim with the current that made swimming easy. The views below were fantastic - gorgeous coral reefs with many beautiful fish, stingrays, starfish, 2 baby sharks hiding in a little cave, starfish, and a huge sea turtle (Miguel took some great pictures of us with the turtle as we dove down close to it!) The last stop was El Cielo where we could stand chest deep in turquoise water, with white sand & watch dozens of big stingrays swim all around us. They fixed us delicious ceviche, guacamole, chips, & fresh fruit along with beers, soft drinks, or water as we relaxed in the sun & chatted with new snorkle tour mates before heading back. Highly recommend this tour & snorkle company.

Nice afternoon on water - This excursion is a great value….3 dives+a nice ceviche to finish… the crew of 3 guys was friendly and not “pushy”…. Very great for spending an afternoon on/in water at a very reasonable price.

2nd time and counting! - The experience was exactly as advertised, and we had an expert captain who navaigated us through a small rainstorm on the way out to the reefs. Some other groups had canceled their tours, but I was glad we still got to go! The marine life was beautiful to see, and we went to the best spots. Chema and Luis made us fresh ceviche, guacamole, fruit, and drinks at our last stop, which was perfect and so refreshing! This is my second time taking this tour, and I would love to go again!

NO GUARANTEE that you'll see these reefs - We got a whatsapp message the morning of our excursion to inform us that the Harbour master had closed the area we were supposed to see because of swells. After some research we discovered that this happens OFTEN in cozumel. We snorkelled some other areas instead, and the crew were GREAT but it still feels like we overpaid since there were plenty of other snorkelling trips for less money but we paid more to specifically see Columbia, Palancar and El Cielo, and we didn't see them. Great crew, fun day of snorkelling, but just be aware that when you book this you have only a 50% chance of seeing these reefs. If I could do it again, I'd check the Harbour master update (8am daily) ro make sure the reefs are open and just book a tour same day once I got off the ferry in Cozumel, there are TONS available.

No bathroom, other than that it’s great - The snorkeling and lunch was amazing. I Saw eagle rays and barracuda, I like the fast boat but a major downside is there is no washroom, no washroom at all. How are you gonna serve a whole bunch of drinks and have no washroom??? If your comfortable peeing in the water I guess it’s not an issue but I’m not comfortable with that

Cozumel snorkel outboard the Boomerang. - It was very good overall, just a little misunderstanding at first about which reefs we were going to, but it got straightened out when the captain radioed the onshore team. No fins are provided but wasn’t really necessary. Our guide made sure everyone stayed together and pointed out things to see. The snacks provided of ceviche, salsa, guacamole and chips was an unexpected bonus and was very nicely presented by the captain on a stand up paddle board while wading in waist deep waters with eagle rays swimming around and even through us! I forgot to retrieve my own mask & snorkel from the rinse bucket so I hope they can ship it to me. Good masks and snorkels were provided, but at least one novice could have used more help getting his snorkel properly positioned.

Regular - Lots of boating time at very high speed which makes it very uncomfortable, lots of bump, not recommended for waist, little snorkeling.

Poor communication - The tour was cancelled by mail 20 minutes before the start. We had already taken the trouble to take the boat to Cozumel. Unfortunately, our last day of vacation fell by the wayside, and we came to Cozumel for nothing. Too bad the operator handles this this way, not customer friendly.
