Please take a taxi and meet at the PRIVATE Marina Fonatur (Muelle Combinado). You will meet your crew in front of the "First Lady" (halfway down the pier on the right side). If you are running late or have trouble finding the meeting location, please call us (local cell phone).

100% recommend!! - We had a group of 9 with a cruise ship port day to spend in Cozumel. We had fantastic communication and absolutely no issues even when our cruise port time had changed. It was a very easy taxi ride to the marina. We were taken to an excellent snorkeling spot where we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted. We were then taken to a fantastic sand bar area where the afternoon was spent with drinks and the most amazing tasting fish and shrimp. I would 100% recommend this company and will certainly consider booking them again if the opportunity arises.

A wonderful day snorkeling with Luis and Mateo - Luis and Mateo were wonderful captain and first mate for our 5 hour cruise. There were 9 of us ages 18 to 79. Luis asked us where we would like to go and took us to some great snorkeling spots. Mateo was very attentive while we were in the water. Then there was lunch and what a lunch it was - all cooked on board - all freshly made - it was amazing. Would certainly book them again. What a wonderful 5 hours we had!!

Great day snorkeling. - Made a last minute reservation with Quinn as we came to town on our cruise ship. My wife and I had the best day ever with Christian and Abram. The snorkeling was better than most dives we’ve been on in our lifetimes. Great job by the guys guiding us to all the wildlife. The on board lunch was a 5 star dining experience. We can hardly wait to do it again very soon. I will tell all my friends about First Lady. 5 star adventure.

First Class All The Way! Great boat! - First class experience on The First Lady boat. The food was amazing. We swam with sting rays, thousands of fish and enjoyed the water. The captain knew all the spots and the guide swam with us and assisted the who family.

6 hour snorkel tour - Great snorkel spots (we did three different locations), enjoyed the lunch and everything was provided, Captain and crew were friendly and experienced, boat was in good shape and fast!

Heavenly El Cielo boat tour - Amazing private charter to beautiful reefs for snorkeling and El Cielo for lunch! The crew was amazing and made us a delicious fresh lunch and had a variety of cold drinks. We had a 3-year old, 5-year old, and 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. Highlight of our trip!

Most fun and best snorkeling! - This was one of my favorite excursions ever! I know the team doesn’t control everything but we had the most amazing snorkeling experience; seeing rays, sharks, lobsters, starfish, eels, and turtles. The meal they prepared for us was delicious and we got to swim with rays while they did it! Louis, Jose and Pedro took such great care of us. Highly recommended!

Upon our arrival, we were... - Upon our arrival, we were told that the weather was not great and that the good snorkeling areas were closed due to a storm. We were given the option to cancel, but chose to go ahead with the excursion because we did not have a backup plan. The description talks about fishing, but apparently that isn’t an option anymore. The captain and his assistant were very nice. They took us to a couple of ok snorkeling spots and then we anchored off of a beach where we hung out in the water. They cooked a delicious lunch and the day ended with a boat ride. We were dropped off a little early, but since the weather was not cooperating we were ok with that even though we paid for 5 hours. Also, the captain told my brother that the snorkeling spot was closed this time of year to help sustain the area which is something different than I was told. If we would’ve known that the good snorkeling areas were not open, we would’ve have picked a different activity. Overall we had a nice day, but very different than what we expected based on the advertisement.

Thieves - These people will steal your money!!!! Don’t book!!! We had a day booked on the First Lady. Our family was so excited. On our arrival at the marina the cab driver told us the marina was closed. All the local workers were leaving and confirmed this. There was weather coming in and no boats were allowed to leave the marina. I still went and looked for “Captain Jairo” who was supposedly our captain. I found the boat and the captain was no where to be found. The first mate Luis was there and confirmed that there was weather coming in and the marina was closed. Luis said we would get a refund. My family was disappointed but wanted to be safe. I snapped a couple pictures of the boat just in case (glad I did). I contacted Viator and told them the trip was canceled. I received an email saying they were not going to refund my money. The company is claiming I was never at the boat and the marina was open. Even though I sent Viator the pictures of the boat with time stamps and location they still won’t refund my money. Please don’t book with these crooks. They will steal your money if they can.
