Please take a taxi and meet at the PRIVATE Marina Fonatur (Muelle Combinado). You will meet your crew in front of the "First Lady" (halfway down the pier on the right side). If you are running late or have trouble finding the meeting location, please call us (local cell phone).

Most fun and best snorkeling! - This was one of my favorite excursions ever! I know the team doesn’t control everything but we had the most amazing snorkeling experience; seeing rays, sharks, lobsters, starfish, eels, and turtles. The meal they prepared for us was delicious and we got to swim with rays while they did it! Louis, Jose and Pedro took such great care of us. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience - I highly recommend First Lady Cozumel! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The food was simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. If you're looking for a memorable day out, this experience is a must! Can't wait to return!

The Best - Awesome experience. Short taxi ride to marina. First Lady fit our family of 7 comfortably. Crew were all amazing. Captain Jaio, mates Luis and Cristian were very helpful. Went snorkeling, then El Cielo, then snorkeling in deeper water. Saw many fish, an eel, lobster, star fish, nurse shark, barracuda, flamingo and an alligator at El Cielo (they pulled us out of the water to keep us safe). Unbelievable coral formations at the second, deeper water snorkeling place. Crew fixed a lunch of ceviche, grilled fish, shrimp, guacamole and quesadillas.

Excellent Day with First Lady Charters - We had a phenomenal trip today with the crew from First Lady charters. Despite the very windy conditions, my wife and I caught several nice mahi mahi. When we were done fishing we went to the sand bar at Passion Island for swimming, drinks a great lunch. The crew made fresh ceviche from our mahi mahi and grilled some as well. This would be perfect for anyone looking to get away from the overcrowded snorkeling boats where they cram you onto their rickety boats like cattle. The boat and all their gear is absolutely first rate. If you are going to Cozumel and want a great day on the water, book a trip with First Lady. You will be glad you did.

Very friendly team! Great... - Very friendly team! Great day with snorkeling, boat ride, lunch and sandbar swimming! It was a windy day and the team adapted our location to minimize the wind impact. Amazing fresh lunch and endless drinks available!

Best excursion of our lives! - Best excursion of our lives! Been on many cruises, and many excursions. This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. And to make it perfect for a group of 12 with 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids was that much more impressive. Our hosts were great! Their service was first rate. The drinks and food were delicious and plentiful. The grilled fish, shrimp, ceviche, and guacamole were simply delicious. And our snorkeling guide was top notch. We saw tropical fish, starfish, sharks, rays, sea turtles, barracuda, and more! Next time I come to Cozumel, I am doing this again!

Best Crew Ever!! - We arrived early for our excursion for 11 people aboard the First Lady boat. The directions were easy and we were able to get taxi’s from the cruise terminal and back with no issues. The team of Louis, Christian and the captain were amazing. The first stop was about a 20 min boat ride to the southern part of the island for some snorkeling. We saw multiple turtles, a slew of tropical fish, a harmless reef shark and even had a friendly Manta Ray stop by and explore our group. The water was crystal clear blue and the other views were breathtaking! Our second stop was a little further south on a sandbar where Luis put out the foam mat and we hung out in the water while the crew prepared our lunch. They made ceviche, fresh quacaomole, Sautéed fresh fish, fresh fruit, marinated shrimp, quesadillas and more. The food was amazing and they made sure we had plenty of beer, rum and margaritas to drink. I could not be more happy with this excursion and highly recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic day!! - The BEST day of our 7 day vacation!!! From snorkeling to relaxing on the beautiful crystal clear ocean! Our 13 and 15 year olds enjoyed every minute! Seeing lots of sea life snorkeling! Turtles, baracooda, colorful fish, nerf shark. The water was crystal clear. The captains were on time waiting on us :) made us fresh fish tacos and shrimp on the boat! We will see you again soon!

Highly Recommend! 10/10 - This tour was a 10/10. The crew was amazing and very attentive. We had 2 families with kids ranging in age from 6-14 and they took great care of all of us. They found us great snorkel spots that were not as crowded (which can be hard when there are 8 Cruise ships in port) where we were able to see sea turtles, star fish, reef, barracuda, really everything you could ask for. They made a fantastic lunch of fresh fish tacos, guacamole, quesadilla, ceviche, fresh fruit. Drinks were flowing all day with a really wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. All in all it was a perfect day.

Upon our arrival, we were... - Upon our arrival, we were told that the weather was not great and that the good snorkeling areas were closed due to a storm. We were given the option to cancel, but chose to go ahead with the excursion because we did not have a backup plan. The description talks about fishing, but apparently that isn’t an option anymore. The captain and his assistant were very nice. They took us to a couple of ok snorkeling spots and then we anchored off of a beach where we hung out in the water. They cooked a delicious lunch and the day ended with a boat ride. We were dropped off a little early, but since the weather was not cooperating we were ok with that even though we paid for 5 hours. Also, the captain told my brother that the snorkeling spot was closed this time of year to help sustain the area which is something different than I was told. If we would’ve known that the good snorkeling areas were not open, we would’ve have picked a different activity. Overall we had a nice day, but very different than what we expected based on the advertisement.
