The most beautiful water I’ve ever seen! - This was a 10/10! Amazing excursion for the price. We got to snorkel at three locations, then hang out at Cielito Beach for a while after, where we had drinks (water and beer) and a snack (ceviche). We did get really sunburnt because sunscreen is not allowed due to the protection of the reefs. So I would highly recommend wearing one of those long sleeve swimming shirts. Overall, this was an amazing excursion, and I would for sure recommend it without a doubt!

Super Friendly - Great trip with really friendly guides! The coral reefs are a bit depressing but there was still lots of fish and the biggest stingray I've ever seen!

Snorkeling in Paradise - There was a crew of 3 guys, one a photographer that took some amazing underwater photos for people to buy at a reasonable price. The boat was perfect and we had 3 stops, all very fun! We saw nurse sharks, stingrays, of course fish, and starfish! The waters were warm and everything was just lovely.

Awesome - Great small group experience, so much better than the big crowded boats where you are packed in there like sardines, the guide & boat driver knew their business, put us right on baby sharks, eagle & sting rays, barracuda, starfish, spiny lobster, all sorts of wildlife!

Mixed results with kids - First of all I want to say that we overall enjoyed this snorkel tour. However the tour guide was not friendly, fun or engaging - actually he just seemed like he didn't like his job much. We had a young kid on the trip and I didn't feel supported with her in the water. The open water bit is the first stop and is really full on with a 4 year old as the group is swimming constantly from when you enter the water. We were not properly prepared for this, and really should have been cared for or advised better. Our guide told us while we were all already in the water that it wasn't suitable for her age. But our older child (7 years) enjoyed the tour so much, and when we got to stop number 2 and 3 things were much calmer. I feel almost like the three stops were a tick box exercise - see the turtles, see the starfish, see the sting rays. While it was incredible to see these animals, we didn't see much other fish. We had snorkelled off a beach bar the previous day and seen a far greater quantity and variety of fish. That said, we had some ceviche, drinks and tunes and we had an enjoyable day on the boat.

Good snorkeling and guide... Poor boat operator and SLOW boat - My experience was poor mainly due to the boat operator and timing... NOT because of Ricky our snorkel guide and the boat driver. They were great and he reiterated that he didn't own the boat or the tour operation. Ricky took us to the reefs as advertised and we saw some cool stuff. He and the boat captain provided a memorable snorkel experience and the Ceviche was delicious and brought in the stingrays at the final beach stop. My poor rating experience was because of the tour operator. They say check in by 9:50 so you're to the boat at 10. We got there around 9:30 and were the last group out of the marina at closer to 10:30. Once in the boat and on the water, our boat was cramped, SLOW and the engine needed to "take a break" multiple times on the way to the reefs. When you only have a few hours to experience snorkeling in Cozumel, it is frustrating to see other boats pass you by on the way to the reefs because the boat you're on is the Ford Pinto of snorkel boats. Also very slow in getting us back to the Marina (boat stalled again several time... very disconcerting when the boat captain says "I don't know what to do" in speaking about the engine stalling out) so we were concerned about getting back to our Cruise Ship located at Port Lagoste, which isn't communicated on the website is more like 15-20 minutes away, not the 5 minutes away like the other cruise port. That added stress to the experience. Summary, the boat captain and Ricky our guide did well and provided the best experience they could, but the tour operator provided a less than adequate boat that took roughly 20 additional minutes to the reef and to the marina. We didn't get on the boat until over 20 minutes after 10 AM. So with limited time in Cozumel to snorkel, we lost roughly an hour because of a late departure from the marina and the boat taking much longer to get to the reef and get back to the marina. That extra hour would have been nice to be snorkeling, instead of being on a slow noisy boat. If I did it again, I'd definitely do the snorkeling, but would find a different boat operator.

Don't book here - This is a lame snorkelling tour. No fins. No fish. The second reef was a rock. A single rock. They made us do lunch in the water, and it was cold. Confusion on the pay. The captain and the crew were nice, they just work for a lame organization. DO NOT BOOK

Desolate!!! - A single disaster...Neppers, tugboats, farm catchers... applies to all tour operators...they all know each other...and offer the same thing. Tour booked for 1.30 pm...not started until 2.10 pm...three reefs were to be approached, including El Cielo, only 2 including El Cielo (where there are no fish at all, only starfish)...a total of 30 minutes of snorkeling fish in the first reef ...then El Cielito - for eating....on surfboard...rest onions were dumped into the turquoise sea...disgusting...who wants to snorkel should refrain from Cozumel and the reef promises...
