Good mix of cooking and fun - Tania did a great job introducing us to Mexican cooking that we can try at home. We were 4 couples, who met at the lesson. We all enjoyed a nice mix of cooking , tasting and conversation. Highly recommended for who enjoy Mexican food. Even those who are familiar will learn a few things.

Family dinner experience - It was a very comfortable and family like experience being that the excursion was in a private home. The food was absolutely delicious and the margaritas were a close second. Highly recommended.

Loved this cooking experience! - Tania was delightful and showed us how to shop for ingredients that made our meal. Everything was delicious! Afterwards we went back to the market to buy the bowls so we can drink our margaritas this way at home!

Excursion was exactly as advertised and more. - It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Tania met us on time exactly as advised. She explained all ingredients in the market. The recipes were tasty and simple to understand. The kitchen was clean. She made accommodations for one of the guests who didn’t like cilantro. The excursion was exactly as advertised.

Best foodie excursion ever - Excellent! Great experience starting with touring the market for fresh food for the meal, going back to Tania's kitchen for instruction in prepping and cooking the food, and enjoying the meal. Don't eat a big breakfast, there are a lot of dishes to work through, all of them delicious. Tania will customize to meet your preferences. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous cooking class! - Tanya was a wonderful hostess and chef. Learned so much. The real treat (besides eating everything we made) was shopping for ingredients!

This is a winner! Great cooking class and food! - We had a wonderful day with Tania! Good shopping, good company and good food! We were coming from a cruise ship and there was an hour difference so we were a bit late! We were stressed and messaged the host and they were very responsive! Much appreciated! We finally met up with our group and shopped the Mercado. Next to the house. Fridge had beer and water. We watched and helped chopped and cooked a lot of food. ALL DELICIOUS! Then we made margaritas with double shots. Yummy! Tania is a treasure and she cooks delicious food and is very personable! We will likely book this again someday!

Immersive Experience - We enjoyed the overall experience with Tania that started at the local Municipal Market where we did the shopping for the ingredients. We then went to a tequila tasting at Los Tres Tonos which was educational and fun. Then we went to a private home for the cooking experience. We made a number of different local recipes for Cazuelita Margarita, Piblill Red Snapper, several sauces and dips, including refried beans and guacamole. Everything was great except for some poor communication by the provider before the experience by not responding to our inquiries. Please note that you need to take a taxi to get back to the meeting location.
