At the start of the day... - At the start of the day we were told we would not be able to go to El Cielo due to high winds, however Oscar took us to 2 other snorkeling destinations that my kids loved! They also took us to a beautiful remote beach. We had an amazing time! The ceviche and drinks were great !

The BEST excursion! - Carlos and Manuel (Manny) were our driver and snorkeling guide, and they were amazing! We arrived before our tour started and they went ahead and started us early, which was nice and unexpected. They took us to several snorkeling spots before stopping for snacks. The first one felt like we were dropped into an aquarium - fish all around us! We also saw sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas and starfish. The snacks including ceviche (that we enjoyed while we were actually in the ocean) were fresh and delicious! And the selection of drinks for kids and adults was spot on. This was the best excursion we’ve taken!

Our family of 5 chose... - Our family of 5 chose this as our excursion in Cozumel while on a cruise. Excellent experience. Much more satisfying than going with a large group. Personal photographer a bonus too!

Perfect Snorkeling Trip - Great find! Could not have been any better. Our group of 7 had the boat to ourselves. Oscar & Carlos had everything planned to perfection. Great snorkeling and a floating luch at the sandbar was spectacular. And don't miss the rum punch...so good!

Private Snorkle adventure - Carlos and Oscar were the best. La Casita was a great boat and perfect for the 4 of us - 2 couples - on a beautiful day. The winds shut down the south side of the island but the crew explained and came up with a different plan and we loved it. We did two off shore dives then a ride to the northside and chilled at Passion Island where we enjoyed fresh ceviche, fruit and chips. Along the way, we sipped on rum runners and cervesas with great music and great crew. We will do this again next time!

El Cielo private boat tour. - Great service. The crew went over and beyond. The cieviche was delicious. We loved the blue water. 💕

Great trip for 4 people. - We did this trip in October, 2024 while in Cozumel. We did it again in March, 2025. We stayed in Playa Del Carmen and took the ferry over just to do this trip again. Same captain, same boat. For 4 adults this is perfect to snorkel, party, and cruise the waters in comfort instead of cruising with a herd of cattle. Captain Carlos and his first mate Manuel waited on us and took care of us. The snorkel gear is decent, the ceviche is top notch. The drinks flowed all day. We have a great time again. We will probably do it again next trip.

Scam ARTISTS - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY if you are on a cruise ship! We had private boat booked our day in Cozumel on March 11. On March 9th we got an updated itinerary letting us know our ship was going to docking at 11am instead of 10:00. I notified Tortugas on the 9th, sending a screenshot of the new itinerary showing we would not arrive until 11am ( tour was 10:30) and if they could not do the tour later, we would have to cancel. Did not hear back until the next day, asking for conf number. WiFi did not work until later that evening, I again let them know the situation. When we arrived in Cozumel at 11am instead of 10, I contacted the company, asked them if it was possible to book a later time because our late arrival was out of our control. They said they could take us at 2:30pm, even sent email confirming, I said yes, great!! I also told them if they could do a 12-4. That would be good as well. They confirmed then could do the 2:30 as well as the 12-4. All documented. 10 min or less later, I got a WhatsApp msg saying management had already booked the 2:30 and said I could not have a refund of my 539.00 and to read the cancellation policy. First of all, first thing on their website says, “ we work with the cruise ship schedule and we will always have you back in time. We took another private boat with a different company, they stopped at tortugas for us where a young woman and man came to talk to me. Could not understand their names. I handed them the phone, showing them all of the correspondence, even proof that I reached out 48 hours before our tour with new ship schedule. They apologized and told me I would definitely be getting my refund . That was 2 weeks ago, now they ignore my msgs, NO REFUND. 5 other people on boat that stopped for me to talk to them were witnesses to them telling me they would process the refund. I now have a dispute going, the other people sent testimonials to PayPal for me and I WILL get my money back but what I have had to go through is unethical and not ok. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
