LOVE Paradise Beach - When visiting Cozumel, Paradise Beach is always a must for us. It is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the food and drinks are great. The kids love it also.

Perfect day in Paradise! - We did the all inclusive day pass for myself, husband, sons 27 and 18. Jesus was our server and he was amazing! We wanted for nothing the entire day. Jesus and his team kept the food and drinks flowing all day. The grounds are stunning. So many photo ops. Dont miss walking down the pier and swinging on the swings over the water. The pool loungers were so fun to hang out on all. Plenty of floats and pool noodles available. Beautiful bathrooms kept spotless all day. We had the most perfect day at Paradise Beach and will be returning. We went to the other place (Mr) a few years ago and there is no comparison. Paradise Beach is far better!! Do not sit on this, book early it will sell out. They keep attendance limited which is very nice so its not terribly crowded

Great port day! - Loved our day! 2 seniors, 2 adults, 3 kids (10, 8, 4). My daughter was impressed I had booked something so nice. Facilities were beautiful and clean. Spent part of day at beach and the rest in the pool. Chairs with umbrellas were perfect to get out of sun. Drinks were cold and the fish tacos and guacamole were excellent. Wish there wasn’t an extra charge for the inflatables because we didn’t use them very much. Foot baths and showers were nice to get the sand off before going back to ship. Would do this again!!

Honest Review from a Non-Reviewer - The ride to Paradise beach for 6, was $40, our driver told us $45. Paradise Beach is just okay. The sand has lots of broken seashells and debris. The water had lots of seaweed, so much to wear it would stick to you. The food was not good, and the drinks were basically juice. Note, before leaving the waiter stands there and looks at you waiting for a tip, so be prepared. We didn't do any of the additional activities such as the slides etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid. If you want debris free sand and seaweed free water, check out Nachi Cocom down the street.

Didn't get what I paid for. - Overall we liked this place. The food was good, the drinks were mid and it wasn't over crowded. My kids enjoyed the pool area. We purchased the fun pass and were able to use it but had to put additional deposit (which was not mentioned) to get access to renting the life vests. Our ship had a late arrival and we were to be on shore from about 11:45 to 6 pm, which we thought was perfect since the resort closes at 6. At 4:45 pm they started to tell us they were closing at 5 and rushed our family out. My guess is that not many cruise ship stay late and they wanted to close early. Very upset since we paid for the day and it was cut short. And in the midst of rushing us out they still wanted additional gratuities. We spent extra for the day bed, snorkle gear and jet skis so we spent a lot with this facility And did not get all of our time. The website says eat and drink all day and closes at 6. Nothing was mentioned on when the kitchen closes, or when you have to return the rented material.

Looking for a great beach day? DONT GO HERE - If you are looking for a packed pool or floating play park packed with kids this is your place. I you are beach lovers like us I do not recommend. Pictures are great but not reality. They only allow you beach access in a a small 10 foot section exactly where the floating playpark is. I felt sorry for the guy that had to continue to tell people 'no you cant enter here' at one point he says its too rocky well that's why I brought my river shoes but still no. Then it was because of kyacts, a total of 2 throughout the time we were there. Food was mediocre service was ok. We didn't stay long, we got a bad taste in our mouth in the first 5 minutes of arrival. There's something about going on vacation in Mexico and being told you can only enter the ocean in this little space, it just isn't a great experience.
