A great experience - Fantastic experience. The team is efficient and prioritizes safety. They give you a thorough overview and training and provide a safety scuba diver to watch you at all times. The water was perfect temperature and so clear.

WOW-This was fantastic! - AMAZING experienced. We enjoyed every moment of it! The staff was great and we held a sea urchin under water.

Our family loved it! - So fun! A great activity and a memorable experience. The staff was very friendly and made it so easy to enjoy. They even take amazing underwater pictures and videos (for purchase after...totally worth it) that capture the whole experience so you can just soak it all in.

This was so cool!!! - This was so cool!!! We took our 13 year old grandson and he loved it, just as we did. The divers were excellent and fed the fish so we were surrounding by beautiful fish.

Best birthday trip ever - Best excursion at the cruise port would love to do this again. Wish they had this in places like Cayman Islands. The Bahamas would be amazing.

Under water sea trek - Great adventure but photos in the end were so expensive which is a shame. We didn’t want to pay 60 dollars for a video. We only wanted one photo to remind us of this epic adventure.

Would do it again - An amazing experience, everyone was extremely helpful and reassuring. The staff was also very entertaining while under the water.

Misleading Info on website - We stopped in Cozumel during a recent cruise, and I had booked the excursion through the SeaTreks website. It was the one thing my son specifically requested for his 18th birthday. I carefully read all the information online regarding restrictions and requirements. The only note I found stated: "This tour is not recommended for those with back/neck injuries, history of seizures, vertigo, recent surgeries, heart conditions, or asthma." When we arrived, we were asked to fill out a waiver identifying any medical conditions. At the bottom of the form, there was a statement to the effect of: "I, the undersigned, certify that I have been cleared by a doctor to participate in this activity." We had taken precautions due to my husband’s mild heart attack 14 months ago and made sure he was cleared for such activities. However, he didn’t get a doctor’s note, as there was no indication on the website that it would be required. I have had asthma since I was five years old, but it has been under control for years, and I haven’t had an attack in over two decades. Still, I was honest about it on the form. My son, now 18, had slight activity-induced asthma as a child, but it never required any intervention. He also disclosed this truthfully, thinking it wouldn't be a problem—especially since he had previously gone scuba diving without any issues. Unfortunately, they refused to let us participate without a doctor’s note, citing their insurance policy. If such requirements are mandatory, they should be clearly stated on the website, especially for an activity that tourists often plan far in advance. Had I known, I would have ensured my son’s ability to participate by obtaining the necessary documentation. To their credit, they did issue a full refund within hours and offered us free snorkeling as an alternative. However, they need to be more transparent about their restrictions and requirements. I don’t want anyone else’s trip to be ruined due to unclear information. "Not recommended" essentially means you can’t participate unless you're willing to omit or lie about your health conditions.
