Amazing! - A little apprehensive at first because of temps but it turned out be a beautiful day. The reefs were beautiful and covered in plenty of fish. The starfish were amazing and the beach time was just a great closure to a beautiful day!!! The team on the boat were very accommodating and a lot of fun. It was a wonderful trip and will do it again when we come back.

A MUST!!! - The highlight of our trip to conzumel! This is really worth seeing<3 We stopped first to see the beautiful coral reef with its rich sea life, before we moved on to a shallower water, which was so beautiful and blue with lots of sea stars and conkylie! Last stop; there we saw lots of Stingrays, got good guacamole lunch and drink! Perfect finish. The tour guide was also absolutely 10/10, and did our whole experience! Thank you for a nice memory 💜 ♪ would not hesitate to do it again!

Good tour and crew - Nice boat crew. We were 14 in total on the boat with 3 crew. Our boat was small and fast (not a big catamaran). The communication from the company was good (clear indications as to where to meet). They provided safety vests, snorkelling mask and tuba but not fins, so if like me you like to use fins, keep this in mind. We visited the sites as described and they offered food (ceviche, guacamole & crisps, fruit, all good) and drinks (beer and tequila) at the last stop. Overall we had a great time and I believe the tour is good value based on price paid.

Get more info before you book. - The tour was fine. We did not realize their were two cruise ports so we had to pay $25 for a taxi. The $53 port tax on top of this made the trip a bit more expensive than we anticipated. The life jackets do not fit well and made snorkeling almost impossible. The crew were nice and the snack was good.

Only two snorkelstops, a... - Only two snorkelstops, a long and a short one. A lot of time at El Cielito to eat & drink, would have liked to snorkel more.

Only go on this if you have never snorkeled before. Not for anyone with actual snorkeling experience - This was not a “snorkeling” trip. No snorkel or fins, only a mask. We were literally bobbing in the water. Disappointing

It was difficult to get into the boat at the main dock and dangerous to get out of of the boat at the end. - The good news was - the fish were good. We saw sting-rays, starfish, and lots of other fish. The bad news: the rest. I have a bad knee, so have difficulty getting into and out of the boat. That's why I was surprised when at El Cielo, they told us all to just jump over the sides of the boat, even though there was a ladder there, that they didn't want to put over the side. I tried and failed to get over the side, and some of the others were not keen on trying to jump over the side of the boat, so we asked if they could put the ladder up, and they begrudgingly did so. The worst part was getting into the boat at the very start, from the dock, and getting out of the boat at the very end, onto a dock. Both times, this smallish boat was riding up and down, and close and far, and we were asked to step onto it. We were all successful getting into it, but at the end of the trip, it was difficult, and in fact, very dangerous, because the boat was bobbing up and down so much and you had to step onto a beam of wood (lower than the dock) that went from a 4' step to a 2' step, depending on the water level, with even the 2' step being difficult and dangerous. one man fell and lost a shoe even though the captain was grabbing his hand and pulling him up. One extra thing. There should be a suggestion in the instructions to bring your own towel. After the ride home, it can get cool, so those with towels were way happier than those without. I just assumed that they might have some. Oh yes, at the end, we dropped some snorkelers off to their hotel spot, and the engine died on the boat, so we had to exit early. The four of us left, took a taxi to the main pier, where we had to argue a bit to get the company to pay for the taxi, which they eventually did.
