Great day! - This snorkel trip with Victor and Reuben was a highlight of our trip! Victor guided us to see huge Loggerhead turtles, starfish, manta rays, and tons of beautiful fish. They also made fresh guacamole and ceviche which was out of this world delicious. Highly recommend!

Wonderful not so huge Experience-What I was looking for! - Small group, which is what I wanted. Set up for 12 people. Turned out to be 9.
Crew was so friendly and helpful too, if anyone needed help.
Three beautiful locations, first one-lots of fish. Second one- lots of starfish. Third one- lots of stingrays and shallow water. All beautiful.

Smooth sailing snorkel adventure - After a short cab ride from the cruise port, we arrived at San Fran Beach Club where we easily checked in for our snorkel adventure. Alex was a very attentive guide, keeping our group of 12 together and informed throughout the four sites our group visited. The boat Captain, Carlos I believe, offered up freshly sliced fruit and tasty ceviche which we enjoyed while large stingrays swam around our legs. Although we passed through some light rain, the day could not have been better! Beautifully clear blue water and lots of underwater action to view.

Great snorkeling experience - We went to three different snorkeling spots. A 30 ft deep spot where we spotted lots of coral, a few sea turtles, and an eagle ray - highlight of the trip. The next two stops were shallower, about 10 ft deep where we saw starfish and lots of fish. Final stop was at a shallow beach where we saw manta rays and enjoyed some guac, chips, ceviche and beer by the boat with the other guests. About 8 guests on the boat compared to many other boats we saw with 12+. Tour started 10 minutes late but everything ran very smoothly and enjoyed guides Alex and Miguel for the roughly 3.5 hour excursion. Was a $36 round trip taxi ride to the SF Beach club from the international cruise terminal port.

Best day ever. - We were incredibly lucky to have a completely private tour with Alex and Miguel. We swam with turtles, stingrays, starfish, and sharks.
Alex and Miguel are genuinely kind, funny, and deeply respectful of Mother Nature. They went above and beyond to show us a great time while educating us along the way. Alex also snapped a ton of photos and truly captured the moment, which we really appreciated.
An amazing way to end the day was stopping at the most beautiful sandbar, with crystal clear water and stingrays swimming all around us. Miguel prepared incredible ceviche and guacamole, along with perfectly seasoned pineapple and melon. It was delicious.
We feel truly blessed to have spent a day in such an amazing place with such amazing people. 10/10. Best day ever.

Best snorkling experience i’ve ever had! - The snorkling was amazing, saw so many different fish and also a turtle! The crew took good care of us, and made us a nice snack.

We were disappointed at... - We were disappointed at first because we specifically booked to go to El Cielo. Unfortunately, due to high winds they cancelled, with no notification to us after travelling by ferry from Playa. However, we made the most of it with 3 short snorkeling stops. Oscar the guide took care of us.
Advise is to check wind gust forecast before booking.

We bought cat by lebre - The experience did not match what is presented on the site. We paid for a 4-hour ride and it only lasted 3 hours. The boat was no different from others whose price was lower. By the way, the impression was that on the same boat there were more people who paid much less than we did.

Poor communication day of tour - Poor communication day of tour. Received text port was closed likely to reopen at 1030. Went to the beach club which was a complete zoo only to be told tour was cancelled. Showed them the text which they were unaware of. They cancelled at 1030 and offered us a 20 dollar chair in a crowded beach bar. No thanks. Had they cancelled at the outset we could have tried to get on the cruise snorkel excursion which did go out on the other side of the island.
