Next, head to the village of Atacameño de Socaire, where you can observe the cultivation terraces and visit the village church. Then, explore the Salar de Atacama, the largest salt flat in Chile, home to the national flamingo reserve. At Chaxa Lagoon, you can spot three types of flamingos along with other species inhabiting the Salar lagoons.
For the final stop, visit the city of Toconao to marvel at the impressive architecture of the bell tower and the village church.
