Company was very... - Company was very responsive to questions and helped me rebook astronomical tour when canceled for weather. Provided information about pickup times, what to wear and what to bring. Local company, PUKARUMI was excellent using a unique WhatsApp group to coordinate with individuals are each tour.

A trip taken care of by amazing people - From the first contact, Matheus, the assistant of Expediciones San Pedro, made all the difference. Always attentive, answered everything with clarity and patience, which brought a lot of peace of mind even in the planning phase. Even before traveling, I felt like I was in good hands. During the tours, Karen accompanied us on every day. She was present all the time, taking care of the details, guiding calmly and conveying a constant sense of security. It was that kind of accompaniment that makes you simply relax and enjoy the path, the landscapes and the moment. The 3-day plan was perfect for living San Pedro de Atacama without rush, with energy and pleasure. Everything flowed naturally, well organized and with great human care. It was a light, true experience and very well accompanied. I highly recommend to those who want to feel welcome from the beginning to the end of the trip.

Amazing experience at Atacama! - Expediciones San Pedro Atacama is a Brazilian travel agency that has a partnership with a local agency Eco Aventura Travel. The agency is good, punctual, attentive. The tours were amazing and those that did not happen, due to climate issues, were replaced by the returned ones. Point of improvement is in communication with tourists. I had to go after the agency when I was at Atacam instead of getting in touch with me with the others did in Santiago.

Good Time Touring Atacama But Needed More Information - I had a good time seeing the different features of Atacama Desert but I feel that no enough explanation was given to me on how the tours work. And i wasn't aware of how cold it was gonna be during the trip to the Geiser so I didn't wear enough warm clothes. I found that I wasn't the only foreign tourist with this complaint when I talked to a few people. The tour guides were nice and funny.

Lack of communication - I booked this trip well in advance in November through Viator (a TripAdvisor company) for tours scheduled on December 24, 25, and 26 in San Pedro de Atacama. Viator showed the booking as confirmed throughout, and at no point prior to the trip was I informed of any issues. The booking was routed through Expediciones San Pedro Atacama, which I later learned is not the actual tour operator. The tours are subcontracted to ECO Adventures SPA, and this lack of clarity in who is responsible for communication created significant confusion. There was no communication from anyone until the morning of December 24, the first day of the tours. On that day, Expediciones San Pedro Atacama contacted me to say that no tours operate on December 25, and that my itinerary would need to be reshuffled. As a result, 2 out of the 5 tours I paid for could not be delivered. This information was clearly known well in advance and should have been communicated before my arrival, not on the day the tour was supposed to begin. Adding to the frustration, other tour companies were operating on December 25, and tours were visibly running from my hotel. This contradicts the claim that attractions were closed. Instead, I spent that day at my hotel doing nothing after traveling a long distance and paying a significant amount for this trip. Communication around the remaining tours was also poor, particularly regarding pickup times and expectations, which were either unclear or provided too late. One additional tour was canceled due to cloudy conditions, which I understand is outside the tour company’s control and is not my primary concern. My main issue is that this situation was entirely avoidable. The lack of proactive communication, misleading “confirmed” status in Viator, and last-minute changes resulted in a wasted day and a disrupted experience. This has unfortunately happened on other Viator bookings as well, where “confirmation” does not actually mean the tour is truly confirmed unless the customer independently contacts the operator. I am currently working through the refund process, but there has been no clear explanation of how the refund will be calculated, especially given that 3 out of the 5 tours did not occur through no fault of my own. This has compounded an already disappointing experience. Overall, this booking suffered from poor coordination, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication, and it fell well short of the expectations set at the time of booking. On the tours that occurred, the experience was amazing as the Local Tour guide "ECI Adventures SPA" was very good.

Frustrante. - Enterprise Expediciones San Pedro is only an advertiser on TripAdvisor. She outsourced the tours to another Enterprise, in my case it was Eco Aventura Travel. Unfortunately I only found this in San Pedro do Atacama, I had numerous problems with Eco Aventura Travel and they said that the problem was with Expediciones San Pedro. After all no one solved the problems, as I do not have enough space to describe my problems here, I do not recommend expediciones San Pedro to anyone. If possible leave to buy the tours in San Pedro do Atacama, the prices are much more affordable.
