Amazing adrenalintastic day! - We had a great trip starting off with white water rafting. This was really well organised and the guides were all fab. The rapids were exciting enough for my adrenal junkie 15 year old and manageable for my 9 year old. We were able to spot the odd sloth along the way and the fruit provided for the stop was the best I’d ever tasted.
Our lunch at the hotel was fabulous. I had the vegan option which was so tasty.
The zipwire tour was also amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. The guides were very professional and reassuring. The favourite was the Tarzan swing and I think we totalled 9 zipwiress through the forest canopy. Beautiful despite the rain and so many gorgeous colourful birds to see. Overall thoroughly enjoyable day.

Great fun would highly recommend these activities. - Wow where do I start, we did all of the activities. We had so much fun. The operators made sure we had a full understanding of each activity beforehand, we felt safe, they were very friendly and ensured everyone had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

This really is an... - This really is an incredible option for combining 2 fun activities into one day. The day starts with white water rafting, our guide was Orlando and our driver was Jaime. On the way to the Balsa River, we made a quick stop to look for sloths and we were able to find one! For the rafting, be forewarned that you get soaked, I would definitely recommend water shoes and quick drying clothes. Also don’t forget a towel.
After the rafting, we were transported over to Lands In Love Hotel for the canopy zip lining and the included lunch. Although I am not vegan, the lunch was delicious and satisfying. I would also recommend bringing a change of shoes & clothes for this because we were still wet from the rafting and wished we had dry clothes to change into. I don’t know if all experiences are this way, but the zip lining was pretty much a private event for my sister and I, we didn’t combine with other groups.
This was a really fun day overall and 10/10 would recommend this activity.

We had a blast on this... - We had a blast on this excursion! It was a full, long day of rafting and ziplining. We did the tour on November 29th, 2024, during an extremely rainy season. The river was at a very high level, making for an extreme (fun) ride but it was not for the faint of heart at this water level. We had 5 kids ages 9-15, as well as two around 70 in our group and everyone enjoyed it.
The Tarzan swing was the highlight of the zipline. The guides were all EXCELLENT and worked hard despite the heavy rain and finishing with the superman zipline in the dark - super cool!
We did experience a couple frustrations I thought I'd pass along for others to be aware of:
1) Closed toe shoes are absolutely required for both rafting and ziplining. We brought them for rafting but left them in the car after the driver told us they were optional. This led to us being forced to pay to rent water shoes from the rafting company. It was only $5 per person but it was still frustrating.
2) You will be taken back to Lands & Love in between the rafting & ziplining. We were told to go get lunch from the buffet. It was a nice spread of all vegetarian food, however, we were not told it wasn't included in the tour price, as the description implies. We would not have eaten that lunch if we had known as no one was vegetarian.

Wow - This is one of the best activities I've ever done. I've experienced rafting and zip lining in many other countries, but this stood out.
Rafting was punctual, and the instructor was great—funny and professional. The river was exciting, and the surrounding nature was amazing. We finished around 1 PM and then went to Lands in Love Hotel for lunch.
After lunch, we did the zip line. This one is different from any other zip lines I've tried. You start at point A and finish all 7 zip lines consecutively, landing one after the other in the middle of the forest until you reach the end. wow , no waiting in lines or walk and wait to start the next one.
In addition to the 7 zip lines, there's the Superman zip line, which offers a really nice view. The Tarzan swing is a must-do as well, is a different experience by it self.
In the end, you get way more for the money you spend. I really loved it!

Full day fun - My family spent the day rafting in the morning and zip lining in the afternoon. Our rafting guide was Roberto and we had a blast. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Read our boat right to ensure that everyone of all ages had a great time. So funny and so much fun!
Then we were off to Zip Lining. Our guide was Pedro and Gabriel. They were so attentive with our group of 7 and made sure that we all felt safe. Spent extra time for the Superman at the end. Thank you again. We would definitely recommend this excursion for a family that is looking for an all day adventure. Our kids ranged from 12-19.

Full day of action with very friendly and fun guides - The combo whitewater rafting and zipplining was a full day event. The guides were energetic and VERY friendly and food was good too.

A full Day of fun with amazing people - The combination was a mega nice experience.
We only had nice guides and generally dealt with nice people.
The whole day is planned for one. Starting with the pickup and ending with the drop off at the hotel of your choice.
First we were rafting with “Manuel”, the best guide you can imagine.
He had a lot of fun with his job and made sure the group had as much fun as he did.
Just got out of the water, the next bus was ready, which then drove us to Hitel Lands in Love.
There we got a very delicious meal in the hostel restaurant.
After dinner, the next driver made us zip.
A quick introduction to the things to consider and off you go!
I think there were 7 ziplines, most of them have decent speed and also go a little higher. MEGA!!!
In between we were also allowed to do a Tarzan swing. Pure adrenaline 😍
At the end there was a Superman zipline in the dark.
This was almost the highlight of the day!
You had a feeling of flies, I would want to do it again right away.
Again, we only had to deal with nice people! Costa Rica halt ;)
Of course, we were also driven 45 minutes back to our hotel...everything organized. TOP!!!!
So...do it😂

White water 5🎖️ the zip lining 2🎖️ - FYI. These are two separate companies. The water rafting company was first class. The zip line part not so much. Lands of love is way far away from Forfuna where we stayed and we didn’t even have time enough to do all the zip lines. The lunch provided was not very good.
If I did it again, I would for sure do the river rafting then find a different company closer to la fortuna to do the zip line with.
