An Amazing Tour - The tour guides were super nice and made sure we were safe for each step. With our tour, it was only two of us so our tour guide made it even more special for my friend and I. We did and learned so much about their culture and environment. Huge thanks to Alex and Harrison for giving us a 11/10 exposure for both me and my friend. Would definitely recommend people to experience it.

Must do in Costa Rica! - What an amazing experience!!! We did the Combo rappelling and zip line tour and it did not disappoint!! The best part was that my husband and I were the only ones out of a group of 40 people that had purchased the combo so we got to go first and it basically turned into a private tour! So no needing to wait for the big group to go across the lines. Our guides were AWESOME! Thank you Alex and Harrison for being so friendly, answering our questions and making the experience top notch! The rappelling was so cool! We rappelled along the waterfall. They explain everything step by step so even if this is your first time, I recommend trying it! The climb back up is pretty intense though, but worth it! The zip lines were so fun!! At the end we got to visit the little artisan village where we purchased a balsa wood carving and then got to ride back on horseback. What a phenomenal experience! Highly recommend!

Don't forget to take in the views as you zip across Costa Rica! Breathtaking! - I discovered this excursion through our hotel, Noah's Forest, and I’m thrilled that we made the reservation! Nothing offers a better "bird's eye view" than ziplining through Costa Rica! We participated in the Adventure Combo 2, which included all 12 zip lines and a horseback ride back to the starting point. The staff were super friendly and helpful, showing patience with each participant's skill and comfort level. They were bilingual and provided instructions in English when necessary.
Make sure to take a moment to fully enjoy your surroundings as you zip across the landscape—it's absolutely breathtaking, especially as you glide past Fortuna Waterfalls! The trek up begins with a tractor ride to nearly the top, but it does require some additional walking and climbing on somewhat steep, uneven stairs. However, it is manageable, and a staff member stays at the end of the line to ensure no one gets lost in the shuffle. The ziplines themselves were amazing and relatively long, giving you plenty of time to appreciate the views.
After ziplining, we were brought to a small hut where we were introduced to some local crafts and beverages while learning a bit of history. Although the prices for the crafts were a bit high, the items were more affordable and of better quality than what we later saw at the airport. So, I definitely recommend grabbing a unique ornament or mask.
The horseback ride at the end was enjoyable, although it felt a bit rushed, as the staff member was constantly swishing a stick behind the horses to keep them moving. The landscape was beautiful, and the horses were friendly and beginner-friendly.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would likely participate again if/when we return to Costa Rica!

Absolutely amazing.... - Absolutely amazing. Pickup from the hotel was easy, and once we arrived the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Water and lockers are included as well as a smoothie and snack at the end. We ended up in a group of 6 for the tour. The rappelling and zip lining are one at a time, so there is a bit of waiting, but it was very enjoyable with great views. The horses are very well trained, and although the ride was very short, it was lots of fun. My partner and I didn’t weigh enough for one of the zip lines so we got to ride together. The rappelling was far easier than I expected but a bit of a workout. I highly recommend this tour! Well worth the price!

Exhilarating Family Day - Terrifying fun! Our family of 5, (51, 48, 23, 22, and 15) chose the combo tour with repelling, ziplining and horseback riding. It was so much fun that we are still talking about it months later.
Everyone starts at the tour headquarters and goes through the safety training together. Then you all ride a train to the starting spot. Our family did a couple of zip lines with the big zip lining group. Then our family of 5 broke off from the big group with our two guides and did small hike to the repelling spot. Everyone in my family did great at the repelling except for me. I hit spot where my short legs had me jumping out over and over without going down. The guides were great and let out more rope and got me going again. My kids love to watch the video and may fun of my repel! The bottom of the canyon was amazing. There are two waterfalls coming into the canyon. We spent a few minutes enjoying nature and taking some pictures and then started the scariest part of the day: the ladder climb back to the top. You have to climb so many ladders that are hanging off the side of the mountain and it is honestly terrifying. But you are harnessed and the guides are there to reassure you. Once we got to the top, we did another short hike back to our next zip line. We completed the rest of our zip lines. The guides told us some history about the area and pointed out some interesting things as we went. Once we completed the zip lines. We walked to a barn and got on our hoses and did a short horseback ride mostly along a stream. Then we went back to the headquarters where we were given a snack. It was an amazing family day and I highly recommend.

Best Experience while in Arenal - Wow! Even though the conditions were not ideal (raining, water was highest it’s been, etc) the team made this a memorable experience for our family. Friendly, good natured staff and their priority was safety!

Zipline was fun, but his needs some work for a personal touch to make it seem special. - Do you know that scene in A Christmas Story when the elves are putting the little boys on Santa's lap and everyone is kind of pushy and rushing? That's kind of the vibe we felt on this adventure. This is sad since everything else we did in Costa Rica had more of that personal, happy vibe. There was no savoring or connection although we did all really enjoy the zip lines we took. The rappelling was very advanced and three of us optioned out of this part since it was literally 80 meters down with a 30 meter free fall at the top. My husband did that part and said the ladder was terrifying and quite wobbly. The scariest part! The horse ride was again impersonal and rushed. We walked on a road and not in the jungle as advertized. And it was simply down the same road we took back to the start. Hm.
