Don't skip this one! - Amazing! Miguel was a wonderful guide. We continued on to the harder part with a few in our group bailing out. We've done the via ferrata in Ouray, Red River Gorge and Royal Gorge. I would say this one was a tad harder with great views. 41 yo female for reference.

Breathtaking!! Will do again! - Ive never done a Via Ferrata before but I do some rock climbing and things of that nature so I felt confident in doing this with my partner. Im not very tall either but in decent shape. With that saide… WOW!!!! THIS WAS AMAZING. A Truly breathtaking this experience. The views and the adrenaline exceeded expectations! Our Guide was super helpful and always on top of everything and very strong about safety which was great because it was our first time. I will definitely be doing this again! And booking things through him. Great Guide and Great Excursion!!

Potential 'No Show Scam'... - Potential 'No Show Scam' setup story: We didn't actually go on this experience because the host messaged through WhatsApp saying that there was no availability for the time booked shortly after booking through Viator the day before the activity. They were very communicative and tried to move us to new times but unfortunately none of the other time slots worked for us. They said they would let us know if any cancellations happened in the morning, which was fine because we had 3pm activity time, but unfortunately none occurred. They said they would cancel our reservation via whatsApp message, but I never got any notification of this. After confirming cancellation (via message only), we were told that now there was new availability. We said we had since made other plans thus would not be able to attend. After we declined, they said they were "forcing a change" on other guests so we could come, which was not mentioned that they were attempting this even once prior to this. It felt like we were getting set up for a 'no-show' scam since they never cancelled the reservation through Viator. I ended up working through Viator support ahead of our scheduled activity and getting a refund so I don't actually know if they would have followed through with the cancellation, but it definitely felt like we were getting set up for a claimed 'No Show'. Hopefully thats not the case, but posting our experience.
