Whisper boards on the dock in front of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum at 113 Harbor Way. Stand on the front steps of the museum & look down to where boats are docked in the water. You will see a sign for Whisper. Boarding is 5 minutes prior to departure.

Would recommend - Rented out a boat ride for me and my close coworkers since we finally had a day off together. Our captain was right on time, and very friendly. He let us choose our own music and drinks, and he answered all of our questions about sea life. My absolute favorite part was us seeing dolphins the captain was sweet enough to follow them and let us take all the pictures we want. Would do it 100% again.

Relaxing boat tour - It's was a really nice and relaxing tour of the harbor. We were able to see marine life we have never seen, harbor seals, pelicans, and sea lions. Our captain was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it.

Even locals would enjoy this! - Such a fun way to see the Santa Barbara coastline from the water! The boat is very spacious for 6 people, you can bring wine and snacks and have a great, private celebration!

Great Scenic views of Santa Barbara - Great experience! This is a great way to enjoy beautiful views of Santa Barbara while calmly going around the harbor. Noah was a great captain and made sure to include our 4 year old was comfortable. Highly recommend booking around sunset and bring food and drink to make the experience even better.

Peaceful water time ! - Dustin was a fantastic captain. He was explained all safety issues to make sure we felt comfortable. He was great at pointing out different nature and ocean mammals on our view. He was personable and stopped and spoke to us for any and all questions. Also took our pictures!!!!

Beautiful day and a nice little cruise. - Nice little cruise around the harbor and the wharf. Brian was pretty laid back, but informative, he knew a lot about the area and its history.

There was no narrative... - There was no narrative about sightseeing. And the captain did not know much about where he was taking us. He also brought us back to the dock so early that we went into the inlet and circled and came back out.
