Unique way to explore the city - Really enjoyed learning about Santa Barbara’s history through the ghost stories shared. Visited beautiful parts of the city we would have never found otherwise and all around had an amazing time!!

Excellent ghost tour! Do yourself a favor and go have some fun! - Highly recommend this tour! Julie is well qualified to lead this tour. My husband and I had an enjoyable time learning about Santa Barbara history and hearing the local stories and eye witness accounts that Julie has worked hard to verify and curate.

Must do in SB for architectural and historic/spiritual delight - We were treated to an excellent and entertaining evening of local history and how the past is still with us today “living” side by side with the us by our guide Allision who took us in the past guiding us thru history then bringing us back to current issues and how and why Santa Barbara is the phenomenal city it is today thanks to past heroes- Thank You !

Fun evening in Santa Barbara - Julie provided a fun evening in Santa Barbara. She is very knowledgeable of the history of the area and incorporates it into her stories. Having gone on many ghost tours, we were very appreciative that Julie provided the story of what may have happened in a particular location without any expectation that we would or would not "see" anything. She is very articulate, kept our attention, and knew the detail behind the stories. We would highly recommend Julie's "The Veil is Lifted" tour.

Fun times, great people! - If city exploring and meeting fun people is for you, then this is the tour for you! We learned history, explored the stories behind the friendly ghosts of Santa Barbara, and even heard ghost foot steps with our very own ears!

Fabulous Ghost Tout - Julie was a fabulous guide. She had a great knowledge of the history and ghost related tales of Santa Barbara. Some of the things she showed us could make some of the most sceptical people believe in ghosts. We have done a lot of tours and can honestly say she was one of the most kind and genuine guides we have ever had.-

Awesome private tour - We had a great experience. Despite returning from Australia, Julie agreed to give us a private tour. We learned so much about the history and places we visited. We would love to do the tour again. Thank you Julie for everything.

Must do while in Santa Barbara! - We had a wonderful time! The Kana Light turned on and turned back off for us as we were getting back into our car last night. Spooky 😀

Best Ghost Tour in Santa Barbara! - Julie is amazing! This was a great tour of the Presidio and downtown Santa Barbara. My wife and I learned so many interesting facts and history of Santa Barbara from its founding to present day. Julie has true passion for Santa Barbara, and she is genuinely excited to share stories and chronicles of the town. We saw some strange things, maybe not any "ghosts," but we did have a very, unexplained camera incident at the hanging tree... The experience is very well worth it.
