100% Recommend! - We loved this hike! This was a highlight of our trip to Aruba. Howard picked us up first thing in the morning and drove us to Arikok National Park, where we hiked across the beautiful landscape to the Conchi Natural Pool. Howard is a delightful hiking companion, enthusiastically sharing interesting facts about the history and the environment of the island and answering the seemingly countless questions we asked as we made our way toward the pool. Once there, he provided us with snorkeling equipment, expertly guided us into the swirling water, and used bread crumbs to coax in a dazzling array of fish for us to swim among. What a magical experience! Afterward, he provided us with fruit, granola bars, and ice water to sustain us on the trek back to the car. It's also worth noting that throughout the hike, Howard took pictures of us, the landscape, and some interesting creatures we saw along the way, sending us a wonderful keepsake album at the end of the trip. As if this were not enough, on the return drive to the hotel, he stopped at a local bakery and treated us to pastechis -- delicious! By the time we arrived back at our hotel we felt we had a wonderful new friend in the world. If you enjoy walking and learning about the history and culture of a place from a local, then you should make this tour a priority on your trip. This experience was a great value; we'd go again in a heartbeat!

One of the best tours we're ever done! - We loved this hike! Cannot say enough about our guide Jorge. He was on time, professional and very knowledge. The hike itself is spectacular, starting at the ranger station, crossing the ridge (where you can see both sides of the island!), continuing down to Conchi and then along the wild northern coast. Jorge pointed out many interesting rock formations, plants and birds and was attentive to our needs and pace while also giving us space to enjoy this beautiful place on our own. One of the best tours we've ever been on.

Great way to learn and see Aruba at it's best - This was a great way to see special parts of the island, with lovely guides who take great pride in their beautiful island. We appreciated the early start, and a few rain showers, along the hike. Be sure bring a towel and wear your swimsuit if you plan to snorkel at the natural pool. Super cool. Depending on your hiking ability note this is a rocky trail, with some hills to climb. I'm 60 and had no problem, guides go at your pace. Bring telescopic poles if you like. Loved learning about the flora and island history. Would highly recommend trip.

Jorge and Iris were... - Jorge and Iris were phenomenal guides on our hike through Arikok NP. Jorge was very knowledgeable about the different animal and plant species and gave good background on the history of the park. Both were extremely friendly and made for a very fun, entertaining excursion. 10/10 would recommend. One thing to note is the description mentioned lunch is included, but we did not have that on our trek. Still would recommend the hike to all.

Jason was knowledgeable... - Jason was knowledgeable about the area, the flora, and fauna. It was a wonderful hike thru multiple biomes - a bit challenging at times - and the natural pool was a great way to cool off toward the end. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Wow, a terrific experience! - The hike, which included a swim in the Conchi natural pool, was the highlight of our trip to Aruba. The tour guide "Rambo Junior" was incredibly kind and knowledgeable--not only about the ecology and wildlife of the area but also about the island's history and politics. I learned so much. The view is absolutely gorgeous. And we'll never forgot our swim in the natural pool! Thank you for the terrific time.

Great Experience! - This was our 2nd time doing the same tour. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we did it again with the kids. It was just as good as the first time. Our guide, Marcelle, was great. We also had her on our first tour. Highly recommend it. You get to see a very cool and unique side of Aruba and get to swim in the Natural Pool which is amazing.

Hike though Arikok - Jorge and Jason were both excellent guides with extensive knowledge of the park and its surroundings - cultural, botanical, geological. Jason coached our family through the hike, which passed through diverse environments and offered excellent views. Recommended!

Fun - Great trip. Not for the faint of heart. But you will miss a lot by not hiking and experiencing the park.
