The bike worked well for me. We went on a mostly flat off road bike ride. Few short hills where shifting was effective

I think the price is way too expensive for the quality of bike the gear change was very bad

Bad maintenance state of the bike imo unacceptable given the rental price. The bike was constantly ghost shifting and not well maintained.
