Great bikes, friendly staff, near to trails at Wilder Ranch State Park. I’ve rented bikes here several times before and always had a good experience.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. The online booking process was incredibly easy and user-friendly. Our bikes were perfectly dialed in before we arrived. The staff was friendly, laid-back, and super knowledgeable. They made sure everything was set up just right and took the time to ensure we were completely comfortable before heading out. What really made the experience stand out was how they went above and beyond to help us navigate to the best trailheads in the Santa Cruz mountains for an unforgettable ride. We even came back and asked for more advice for a more leisurely ride the next day! Sean spent a lot of time with us after looking at bikes in the shop that we could purchase using our rental credit. We'll be back to buy e-bikes from this shop once we save a little more funds! Top-notch service, top-tier bikes, and an all-around epic experience.

The perfect day! My wife and I picked up some mountain bikes at the Mission St. location and rode to Wilder ranch. The staff at the shop got us all set up on the full suspension bikes and we headed out. Nice bright sunny day so ride over was pleasant. We found trails that suited both our skill levels and had a blast! Great bikes, great trails, great service equals a great day!

Charger provided was not working, trip delayed until battery was full, receiving tech did not care at all. Also shifter control screw came off, Could not fully enjoy rides.

It was a bummer to have come back mid-ride to have the front brake fixed. We lost riding time, and going down one of the steep trails was sketchy when I realized the front brake lever was coming all the way back to the bar.
