Master the old-world techniques of woodland survival, which encompass constructing a shelter, collecting water, creating a fire, and gathering edible vegetation or formulating food traps. The 5-hour course is suited for both amateur campers and experienced backpackers, consisting of practical exercises under the guidance of a nature expert. This hands-on session is conducted in a redwood forest situated in Boulder Creek, slightly north of Santa Cruz.
