An Excellent Tour! - While we’ve been vacationing in South Tenerife for the past two winters, we were anxious to explore more of the Country, specifically the North. Our tour to Santa Cruz and San Cristobal de la Laguna did not disappoint. This was largely due to the very knowledgeable tour guide (Hector) who spoke fluently in three languages, and the experienced bus driver. We were very comfortable taking the full day tour with just the right amount of travel, guided description and free time.

Wonderful trip with very competent staff! - The guide Paolo was professional, prepared to answer all the questions asked (and there were not a few since they ranged from the places visited, to the buildings, to nature), nice and cheerful. Fundamental qualities for driving. I can say.... beautiful in every way!. Fernando, the bus driver, was magnificent in driving and I can assure you that this is no small thing, given the rough road and "the intersection" with car with very cooperative. A winning pairing!. I recommend them dispassionately!. Great outing!

Very informative and interesting tour - We had a great day visiting Santa Cruz, San Cristobal La Laguna and Taganana.
We only had an hour stop in Santa Cruz which was disappointing as we would’ve liked a bit more time to explore. Lovely place but very built up as you would expect. We went from there to San Cristobal La Laguna which is an amazing place steeped in history. We did a fair bit of walking there so this would be something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. It’s all flat but we covered a lot of ground although we stopped regularly to listen to the tour guide.
From there we went on to Taganana where lunch was available for anyone that wanted it (€15 per person for 3 courses)in a lovely little restaurant.
Some scary roads though getting up there but some amazing views on the way.
We were a bit disappointed with the amount of time we had in Santa Cruz as we really didn’t have time to see much.
Whilst the views up to Taganana were amazing, in my opinion it took up too much time in the day to drive up there just for lunch.
Really enjoyed the trip though and the tour guide was very informative. The only downside being the amount of time spent on the bus.

Very mixed bag - Expect to waste a very long long time with hotel pickups and dropoffs. We were #15 on the list and sat in the huge bus for an additional 2 hours. Expect a lot of driving, the mountain road was very scenic. Hat‘s off to the bus driver.
The tour itself was OK. The tour was in English and Spanish, the guide‘s English was heavily accented and almost impossible to understand, especially through the bus‘ PA.
The lunch stop was great, a hole in the wall local‘s place on the water. The restaurant was dirt cheap and verygood. Spring for a-la-carte and sit down outside. I really enjoyed my entire fried fish. The menu can be found by googling: menu casa africa tenerife
La Laguna was quite nice and interesting, we enjoyed the Spanish style indoor market, the guide‘s walking tour of the old town was excruciatingly slow paced. We spent an hour in Santa Cruz on our own. Despite being the capital and main city of Tenerife, the town is nothing special.

Most disappointing!!! - This is the most disappointing trip I've been on. We wanted to see Santa Cruz, but got a 15 minute comfort break, at a food market that wasn't even open, and then walked through a singularly uninteresting area, and back to the coach.
There followed a 1 1/2 hr trip up the mountain, into the national park, where there was another 15 min stop for a photo op of mnt Tiede. Didn't see any of the park really.
Half hour later we arrived at Laguna, where we were walked through, without stopping, to a restaurant, for a "typical Canarian" meal. Then an approx 30 min guided walk back to the coach to return home. There was then a random stop at a coastal village - to"look at the beach", before the final leg of the journey.
There was no free time on this tour to explore on your own, and you don't see anything In Santa Cruz.
I would not recommend this tour.

Bad experience - The activity is fine, but the guide who played us lousy, rude and rude, should see the professionals they hire.
