Highly recommend early on your visit to Sante Fe - This wine pairing with Dinner Tour was a great way to see 3 wonderful restaurants, we even met the chef at two of the restaurants and they spent so much time with us during their busy evenings! Wine paired well with each entree and dessert!

Delectable Dining in Santa Fe - We had a fantastic experience with Jose who was very personable, passionate about amazing food, and provided us with a history lesson along the way. Our first stop was at Terra Cotta where we had a glass of Argyle Pinot Noir paired with a lightly fried poblano pepper stuffed with duck confit served with fresh greens, sweet corn and black beans atop a chocolate sauce. Delicious! Second stop was at Santacafe where we enjoyed a French Grenache with sumac crusted rack of lamb with an herb infused couscous and julienned sugar snap peas. It was plated atop a harissa sauce balanced with a lavender mint cream. Probably some of the best lamb my husband and I have ever had. Final stop was dessert at The Anasazi where we had chef’s tres Leche with caramel sauce, fresh strawberries and white chocolate crisps. It was paired with a nice Pinot Noir. Perfect ending to our special afternoon!

Highly recommend this tour - This was the third food tour. We had done with Jose. He is very knowledgeable and has a very good personality. There were three stops on the dinner tour. After the second stop, we were so full we hardly had room for the dessert stop. The food was beautiful and delicious.

Tasty and entertaining evening in Sant Fe! - This tour did not disappoint. Our guide was so knowledgeable and gave us a great history of the area and its people. He was easy to understand and entertaining to listen to. Patient when answering all our questions and a really nice conversationalist. Now boot the food…..it was sublime. We had 3 stops on the tour. One for each course. We were served entree size portions of perfectly prepared food. The chef came out to meet us at each stop which was a really nice touch. Best advise for this tour is come hungry and be prepared to eat!!!

Outstanding food & wine - Outstanding food. The pasta with chicken appy was creamy and large. The lamb chops were five star! White chocolate dessert was a piece of art. Peter was a personable and knowledgeable guide. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone interested in food, wine and Santa Fe history! 5 STARS!

Awesome host, great food, okay wines - I must state up front, the reason for a 4 star as opposed to a 5 star review has nothing to do with our host, Jose. He was definitely a 5/5. Knowledgeable, personable and happy to provide customized recommendations based on our preferences. The slightly disappointing part of the tour were the wines. For the price of the tour, I would have expected better. Pours were a little skimpy, for example the Prosecco served was not even 1/2 of a champagne flute (so maybe 3 oz). Another place we visited has some very high quality wines (had previously been at the establishment for a wine tasting). Instead of the higher end wines we got their standard fare - it was good but not great. Food was great. Again host was awesome.

A nice way to experience three different restaurants in one night - Good food, enjoyable history lessons and personal stories from our guide. Each place was unique and it was a good opportunity to sample restaurant offerings.
