Top-Tier Tour Guide—Above and Beyond Service - We did the 7-hour Hollywood City Tour and had such an amazing experience! Our guide, Sammy, was absolutely fantastic—he was hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the area, and made the entire tour so enjoyable and comfortable. We brought our 4-month-old, Theodore Alexander, and of course there were moments when he got fussy. Sammy was so kind and reassuring, making lighthearted comments like “oh, let it happen,” which honestly made us feel so much more relaxed instead of stressed. That meant a lot to us as parents. At the end of the tour, he even went above and beyond by asking where we had parked. When we told him, he personally drove us back to our car since we had so much to carry after being out all day with a newborn. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out. We truly appreciate Sammy and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and memorable experience!
