My kids were signed up for a group lesson. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did. They got suited up and then had to wait for the rest of the people in the group to arrive. The other people in the group arrived late and by the time they were fitted for their wet suits and boards, it was 25 minutes after the lesson was supposed to begin. The person helping my kids was super friendly and nice and I'm not entirely sure why but another instructor started yelling at the person helping my kids. Aside from starting late and my kids having to wait in the sun watching an adult yell at another adult, my kids had a good time.
