Beautiful experience, I want to come back! - A truly good experience. The guide Francisco was with us at all times, explaining everything in great detail. It was a very nice experience. When we went down the slide, Francisco took a video of us, as did the video at Boquerón Park. One feels very safe and confident.

History and fun all rolled up in one! - I went on this tour as a part of my birthday trip with the very knowledgeable guide by the name of Os. The group only consisted of 4 people including myself, my son and a nice couple which made conversing among the group easy! We started off with sightseeing and made some stops to visit some historical sites as he provided us with facts about El Salvador and historical events that took place over the years at each one. We made a stop at El Boqueron National Park to see the volcano in the center of the park and then grabbed a bite to eat at a restaurant nearby to have some amazing pupusas and drinks for a reasonable price. Our last stop was a trip down the Rainbow Slide in Santa Tecla. This slide is not as steep as the one at Cafe Albania...more suitable for first time sliders.

Highly recommended - Very informative tour; the spots selected to see in the Historic Center and nearby are well-chosen. Our guide, Herbert, was very knowledgeable and easy going, and knew the spots to visit for authentic food.

🌋 El Boquerón National Park
An awe-inspiring volcanic crater right outside the city! The views are spectacular, with fresh mountain air and scenic hiking trails that lead you right to the rim of the massive San Salvador volcano. It’s peaceful, photogenic, and a breath of fresh air—literally.
🌈 Rainbow Slide (Laberinto de Alemania)
One of the most fun and Instagram-worthy attractions! This giant colorful slide, perched in the hills, gives you a quick rush and amazing views as you glide down. It’s perfect for kids and the young at heart. The surrounding gardens and maze add a magical touch to the whole experience.
🏛️ San Salvador Historic Center
Full of history, architecture, and local flavor. Don’t miss the Metropolitan Cathedral, the beautiful National Palace, and the buzzing Plaza Barrios. There’s music, street food, and a sense of pride and resilience in every corner. It’s a vibrant mix of the old and new El Salvador.

We had a wonderful... - We had a wonderful experience with Rafa today. He is very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed history of El Salvador. He is punctual, professional and the transportation is pristine. We learned a great deal from him about this wonderful country. People are friendly everywhere. Highly recommend this tour to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
