With this ethos, we rejuvenated an antiquated farmhouse with a garden in 2018, transforming it into a sanctuary of serenity and culinary delight for our guests.
For us, cooking is a mix of love and imagination. Our menus are a testament to our affection for our land and the bounties it proffers. We stress on natural, season-specific foods where flavour and aesthetics unite to please our patrons.

Cooking class was fun and delicious. - We had the best experience learning to cook ravioli and tiramisu. Everything turned out delicious and Ivan was very kind and patient. We also made ravioli infused with lemon zest with clams and muscles….so good!
This is also a bed and breakfast and we stayed as guests. It’s an absolute gem, beautiful views, very comfortable beds, beautiful grounds.

Family bonding! - Our family of 4 (2 young adults) had an amazing time with Ivan and Antonio! This was our final excursion of our trip and was definitely one of our favorites! The setting was beautiful overlooking the coast! The whole experience was 5 hours of incredible family bonding (hands on, working together, laughing)! Ivan accommodated our daughters pickiness and my husbands preferences in sauce on the spot. Making the pasta was so fun and inspired us to want to try this again at home! They included us in all aspects and explained well as we worked through it. My kids' favorite was making and eating the tiramisu!
We enjoyed relaxing together with the amazing sunset/view and not feeling rushed. The whole experience was perfect! Thanks to the entire staff!

Top Notch Hospitality - Unbelievable hospitality, breath-taking views, thorough cooking instruction and followed up with printable recipes sent to email. Ivan was a fantastic host, experienced in the kitchen, and eager to share his future plans for the property. We are looking forward to returning soon.

True Cooking Class with a Chef in a professional kitchen - Chef Ivan was an outstanding teacher with a serious ability to teach basic skills for making pasta and dessert. His professional kitchen at his hillside location was gorgeous and so fun to cook in. The class was engaging and Chef Ivan even got my non-cooking husband to participate and have a grand time! The food we made was fabulous and all six of us had a memorable and absolutely delightful experience.

Amazing experience - My wife and I took a cooking class here on our honeymoon and cannot say good enough things! Ivan and his wife are so incredibly kind and thorough and we learned so much. The views from the terrace are out of this world and the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to learn more about Italian cooking.

The best cooking class with kind hosts - We had a great experience as a family of 5 and they were super accommodating of food preferences / allergies - gluten free and vegetarian! The food was amazing and the view was even better. The couple and their assistant who ran the class were kind and even picked us up from the hotel.

A wonderful cooking class and view - An absolutely amazing experience at Casale Guarracino hosted by Ivan and Rosaria. Their B & B is beautifully located and designed, and the hospitality is unmatched. We will certainly be returning for round two next time we stay in Sorrento. Cheers!

Pasta making with a view. - This was the best cooking experience we have ever had. Our host Ivan and his team were so generous with their time and cooking tips for making the most delicious pasta dishes and tirimisu. During the time we were there we were also treated to beautiful local wines, anti pasta and their own made orange marmalade and limoncello. A fabulous experience.

Family fun making ravioli and tiramisu - We stayed in Sorrento and thought it would be fun for the whole family to take a cooking class. Well...this class was beyond my expectations. Evan and his team were wonderful hosts. The food they made was so delicious as was the wine. The entire family learned so much and had a ton of fun learning to make ravioli and tiramisu. Everyone participated. We learned a lot, had fun doing so and would consider our class our most fun evening in Sorrento.
