Highly recommended - Perfect to get to know the most important points, with stops to be able to visit walking areas of the city and a train that completes the visit to the palace. All the staff are lovely. Highly recommended.

Great professionals - We have used the bus on two separate occasions of the day and both the morning and afternoon drivers were super friendly. The visible face of this company leaves it in a very good place. Congratulations.

Thanks Manu. - First of all I would like to make special mention of Manu, the driver who met us the day we went. He was extremely friendly, attentive and his presence influenced our experience very positively. Manu was attentive not only to us, but to anyone who got on the bus and talked to him about what he wanted to do. We in particular even gave recommendations for the rest of our trip in Spain. And, I have to say, they were great suggestions we made and we loved them. The trip is worth it because Santander is a city that you can hardly know walking, especially if you have few days, so we really enjoy having the bus facility with the explanations of each place of interest.

Great Experience - Great experience. We were cynical about this at first, seeing so many red jackets really push selling tickets. However, after walking to magdalena palace and taking the train we decided we'd opt for the full experience. Very very glad we did! We'd already been there a week staying in el sardinero amd it was great to see areas we had missed. It was a hot day so being in the shade on the open top was fabulous and very cooling. The ticket gave us free access to the arts center, so we actually went (I'd normally skip art tbh) - so glad we did- the exhibition was AMAZING, absolutely mind-blowing. To think we might have missed it if it had not been for this service! We must have done the full cycle 3 times that day, with no issue with buses, times or buses being full. Audio worked really well. The buses are a little old and as I said, the sellers a little pushy. But overall great We will be taking this servicing everywhere we go now- Valencia in April/may. Fantastic thank you, hope it goes as well there!

Relax, sit back and enjoy Santander's charm. - Having used and enjoyed the hop on and off buses in many different locations we thought see Santander before you explore. It was a very hot late afternoon we decided to climb a board the open top double decker. We were welcomed aboard and given the obligatory listening pack. Now, I am quite severely deaf in both ears and find the ear plugs uncomfortable and frankly useless. Do I gaze out at whatever takes my fancy and to be honest there was a lot to look and to note for a visit. I won't go into minute detail but this trip shows off Santander brilliantly. So, with thanks to our driver we were able to plan our days out in different areas of this eclectic city. From The Great Fire walk to the sandy beaches along the coast. An enjoyable experience.

Good experience - Very good tour, you know the important of Santander in a very short time. Also all the very friendly staff, especially Miguel the bus driver who even explained the drinking areas, tapas and everything we asked, as well as leaving us at the nearest stop to these areas. A 10 to this gentleman.

Infrequent. It's not a hop-on. - The route is fine, but the frequency is very low. If you get off at a stop, you'll have to wait 60 minutes (they say 40). There are no published schedules (there is an App, but it works very badly). So you can't really do a hop-on/hop-off. The result is that you pay 26€ for a route that makes a city bus (which is what I recommend). Please, they let pets upstairs.

Save your money & opt for very short walk! - Dreadful! €26 per person for a very short loop around 10 or so stops which were very close together. Commentary was not informative. This bus was extremely poor value for money . Best to forget about it and walk to town which is immediately in front of cruise terminal and really easy to get around.
