Fabulous - Marinela pick me up properly at my hotel. She was a wonderful driver and gave me great insight into the places we were passing. We met Sergio by St. Lucia Hill with the rest of the tour group. Sergio was friendly and knowledgeable. After seeing the historic district, the cable way and Funicula for a real treat. I recommend this tour. Yes, you can do these activities yourself but not as efficiently and with such insight as with Sergio and Mariella.

Exploring Santiago with Alejandro: A very pleasant introduction with TAC Tourism - We spent an afternoon in Santiago with Alejandro, who organized a very well prepared private tour. He told us interesting facts, took us to places we would hardly have found on our own and allowed us to try some traditional products, which was a good detail.
Alejandro was not only professional, but also very funny and attentive. He took a lot of pictures and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the tour. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get to know Santiago better.
Thanks to Alejendro and TAC Turismo for a very pleasant experience!

Chile Lindo! - On the last and not least day we took a walking tour of Santiago. Guided by Jaime Alejandro, this walk acquired a subjective character. Let me explain: since my husband and I had already visited many of the highlights on the city walking tour itinerary, I took the initiative to tell Alejando about the tourist attractions we had already seen. Then, our guide, with agility, ingenuity and creativity, put together a unique itinerary, guiding us on a journey that exceeded our expectations.
So, as we left our hotel, on whose corner the Church of Mercy is, Jaime told us hidden stories of its construction, such as that of the lady and her 120 slaves (for more details go personally with Alejandro).
Then, we went to the Plaza de Armas, where we could learn the history of the buildings that are there, the imposing Cathedral and its towers, the old government house that today houses the Correros, etc. But the detail that struck us the most was the interesting story of the building that houses the oldest brothel in Santiago. Still there, in this square we had the opportunity to visit a little of the rich history of Chile and the city of Santiago. For this, our guide gave us free time to tour the different rooms of the historical museum.
It should be noted that, along our walk, the guide asked us about what we had already visited in Santiago. Among the various reports I highlighted the Museum of Memory, a place that impressed us for its space and importance. Faced with this, he told us that he would take us to a place that had been testimony to what had happened: The House of Dictatorship. There, prisoners were interrogated and detained and tortured during Chile's darkest period. Another nearby place we visited was the Church of San Francisco, where we learned details of the construction, as well as being marveled at the beauty of the place.
We continue our route now heading to the Bella Vista neighborhood. To get to the place we crossed the avenue where the Mapocho River is located, passed by the Faculty of Law and soon after we saw the Patio Bella Vista, a space that houses several bars and restaurants, which we quickly visited and where Alejandro told us a little of his story, there we also took the opportunity to take some photographs and to my surprise, Alejandro told us that he was all the time photographing us, without us noticing, which for us was also a beautiful gift.
As we left, we walked again to our final destination, Cerro San Cristobal, the place of my childhood spent in Santiago, between the late 70s and the early 80s. There I had the opportunity to remember sweet memories with my parents and siblings, but also to take new photographs and compare them with the old ones, creating a space for new and beautiful memories, now in company with my husband, André, eagerly climbing the funicular and descending quietly by cable car, on a beautiful blue afternoon, with no other view than the beautiful city of Santiago, all accompanied by the speck with bones that Alejandro gave us.
Undoubtedly, it was not just any walking tour and neither could it be...

Excellent Day! - She had a great tour today with Rocía. She was able to manage a group who only spoke Spanish and us who have nearly no Spanish seamlessly. We learned a lot about the indigenous history of Chile, while seeing some of its most significant sites.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! - This tour was an incredible experience and well worth the value! Everything was well-organized, convenient, and exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Pierro, was fantastic—full of knowledge, engaging, and hands down the best Instagram photographer you could ask for! He made the experience even more special by paying extra attention to our requests. If you’re looking for a tour that combines great organization, fascinating insights, and a personal touch, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Better on your own - The quide was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the format involved excessive time navigating traffic in the guide's vehicle. Better we would have walked about with a copy of Rick Steve's.

Very unsatisfied - We were stood up. Waiting at the place on my ticket. I called and was told the area was not in the pickup zone. The place and time were on the ticket. Not giving money back because it was "fault" according to the person on the phone. I have used Viator in many places around the world. I know how it works. I sincerely hope Viator trys to make good.
