After cruise pick up at Valparaiso and drop off at Santiago Airport - Clarify thru whaatsapp your exact address if coming by ship and point of drop off (i.e. airport or otherwise). Wine tour could be in the morning (ours was). We did the private tour and it was extremely relaxing, especially after a week of being on big buses. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Loved that we were busy the entire day, our luggage was with us and we were dropped off at the airport. Great solution in a way to get to the airport which is over one hour from the port.

Santiago city and winery tour - The city of Santiago is romantic and historic. The vineyards in the country are spectacular. The city was crowded and there was some lack of parking. Our guide Christian was bilingual and patient with us. And we enjoyed his company. We felt safe and secure with him

Great final day excursion for Cruise passengers! - This was a wonderful day trip! Our guide, Patricio, picked us up at the Viking luggage drop area after we disembarked the ship. He took us to interesting stop points in Valparaiso and then onto a wonderful winery. There we got a private tour and tasting experience. After that we headed to Santiago where Patricio showed us key sites. Patricio was a very friendly and personable guide and we talked about lots during the day. His English was good enough that we had no trouble communicating. At the end of a great day, he dropped us off at our hotel.

Good way to get from Valparaiso port to Santiago airport. - Jaime provided good communication the day before our pickup. He picked us up at the Valparaiso port after our Viking cruise ended. He took us to a winery and a local lunch place. He then toured us around Santiago and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time.

A wonderful sightseeing tour ā€œExcellentā€ - What a fabulous day to end our holiday! We were picked up on time after disembarking at Valparaiso by Erick our driver. Erick was fantastic a really nice guy he spoke perfect English and was very informative with the history and culture. Showed us all the sights and gave us plenty of time to explore Valparaiso, ViƱa del Mar and a wonderful tour of Santiago before dropping us at our hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this private tour and Erick!

The Good and the not so Good. But, Recommend - Our tour was supposed to be Private Valparaiso Port Post Cruise Santiago City Tour and Undurraga Winery with a pick up at Valparaiso Pier and drop off at Santiago airport. Instead of the Winery mentioned above which was supposed to be after touring Santiago we were taken to a different winery closer to Valparaiso first early in the morning 10am. Who wants to taste wine at 10am in the morning with a full day of city sightseeing ahead? Not good. The driver wasn't even aware of the schedule of events we were sold. Company issue. We were disappointed and were not happy with the change of wineries. Supposedly because the other winery would have been a farther trip in the afternoon after the city tour they economized distance and gas and time. As far as the rest, the tour of Santiago was great. The driver was honest, reliable, personable, informative and took us everywhere in the city. The interior of the Cathedral we visited was one of the most beautiful we have seen during the course of our many travels around the world! Anyone arriving by port should definitely see Santiago which is 75 miles away. It is a combination of American and Grand European cities with many parks, beautiful historical buildings, clean streets, wide avenues, upscale neighbor hoods etc.... not at all like Valparaiso. A must see city! Very impressive with the Andes as a drop back. Viator is reliable and will pick you up when they say they will and provide you with an informative, trustworthy guide whom you can feel confident with. The changed itinerary was our only complaint

My husband and I are very... - My husband and I were very pleased with our post cruise one day tour in Santiago, Chile. The guide was knowledgeable and very accommodative of our last minute change plan of touring a different vineyard. The entire tour was good and satisfactory. The only thing I would like to mention that the guide was ten minutes late at the meeting point. We had to wait for him outside the cruise terminal and texted and called to be sure he was coming.
