Great tour if interested in culture of the country. - The most important feedback is related to the pick up. No where in the tour it's mentionrf the 7 am pick up is from Punta Cana. That should be VERY, VERY, VERY clear. We were in Santo Domingo and woke up at 6 am to be picked up at 7 am. The tour operator communicated with us via message after 10 pm the prior evening. We had already turned in and did not get the message until 6:15 am. We got picked up at around 10 am. Drive from Punta Cana is about 3/3:30 hours. Other than that everything else was perfect. Rodrigo, our guide, was super informative and able to answer every question we had. One helpful information is that Fridays might not be ideal. It appears that Fridays is the day the majority of schools do cultural field trips with their students, hence the places are full and might be a little chaotic.

The itinerary was well-organized, covering the city's highlights and some hidden gems. The transportation was comfortable and the timing was perfect. I give this tour a perfect 10 out of 10.
