A worthwhile experience. - We had a great tour. Jordano was an informative, friendly, and helpful. Our total group was eight people (with the guide). And let's be honest, the guide makes the tour. We learned a bit about history (my favorite) and culture. The overall difficulty was low and the pace was slow - We did not feel rushed.

Easy bike ride around the... - Easy bike ride around the zona colonial. Lots of interesting stops. Good pace, although longer than advertised so don't overplan your time. Guide, Jordano, was very knowledgeable about history, and local businesses. Total group size was only 8.

Insightful, interesting and fun tour! - This was an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. Everyone in the shop was super helpful and friendly. Jose, the guide, was a gem! He's clearly passionate about the city and culture, and shared insightful information you wouldn't see in a guide book or on other tours. He also gave local recommendations of favorite restaurants/shops/parks etc. The pace was just right, we saw lots of unique spots, learned a ton, and had fun!! It was a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this tour and shop!

A bit of exercise while easily navigating inside the four walls of old town! - Great guided tour of Colonial Zone. Included history, origins of the city, daily life, area highlights to visit later. The tour was active, but you did not bike long distances. The heat was probably what provided the most exhaustion, but they provide bottles of water (we drank both so I recommend bringing extra if you know you drink a lot of water). Our guide, Jordano was excellent. First, we felt very safe. He was a very personable guide and really brought the area to life for us. We ended up having a private tour with him due to some cancelations and I would highly recommend booking private if you are able to. It really was so enjoyable to ask him questions, take some fun photos. We felt like a friend/family member was taking us around the old town. Bikes were easy to ride. Bring a crossbody or drawstring backpack as the basket has large openings. Wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Bike shop has a restroom. After the tour, you can enjoy a nice, cold water, Pellegrino or even coffee or cerveza in their cafe!

Fantastic company, great people, wonderful tour - Wow, what an amazing company and tour guide. Our guide was Jordano, his English is excellent, and he provided us with a great city tour. He was attentive to our needs, made sure we stopped in the shade , and provided caution when crossing streets. He did a great job of bringing in both Colonial history as well as indigenous and enslaved peoples history. He is very knowledgeable about the town and was able to provide ideas for other parts of our day. The owner of the company, Jose, was there also. He was very welcoming and helped us with any questions.
