Day Trip! - Excellent service! Amazing time highly recommended for anyone new to the Dominican Republic! Literally booked the excursion at 6am and the start time for the excursion was 8am! The whole excursion team was very friendly and made the 2 hour notice work with no issues!

Beyond Excellent Service - A Lifesaver! - We recently took a tour with Tiano Transfer in Punta Cana, and while the tour itself was fantastic, what truly sets this company apart is their incredible dedication and customer service. After checking out of the last hotel and already en route, I realized with a sudden panic that I had left my passport in the hotel safe! My heart sank, thinking my trip was ruined. I immediately messaged Tiano Transfer, explaining my frantic situation. What happened next was truly above and beyond. The owner personally intervened, coordinating directly with the hotel to retrieve my passport. He kept me updated every step of the way, calming my nerves and assuring me they would do everything they could. Thanks to his swift action and personal commitment, my passport arrived the next day in santo domingo. This level of service is simply unheard of. The tour was great, but the way they handled this crisis solidified Tiano Transfer as an absolutely exceptional company. The owner is clearly a person of incredible integrity and goes to extraordinary lengths for their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you want reliable, friendly, and truly caring service in Punta Cana, look no further.

Dangerous stone stairs for cave 3 eyes. - Excellent, long, calorrrr. Not recommended for older adults, very interesting.Recommended for viewing historical monuments. The cave of the 3 eyes, has no security, is of stones, with continuous transit, narrow.

Overall decent... - Overall decent experience, but for those wanting a better feel of Santo Domingo, recommend just staying in the area so you can better explore the sights. This tour is a very quick overview of the big tourist sites, and since it’s a 3 hr drive from Punta Cana most of your time is spent on the road. That being said, I enjoyed learning about the history behind Santo Domingo and the local guide provided good information. Lunch was delicious! Disliked how much they pushed you to go to gift shops and spend money on souvenirs and jewellery etc. that time could be better spent on more exploration or a self-guided tour.

Great day tour outside the Punta Cana resorts - Great to day trip to Santo Domingo, to learn about the Dominican Republic history. David is a great guide, knows a ton of history and fully bilingual. Bus though was a bit outdated, but AC worked fine so it got the job done.

Average - Tour guide was good. Wish we could have had some time to explore the place ourselves instead of following the group itinerary. Even an hour to explore the city would have been good. And the bus we were on had no A/C and was extremely hot and humid.
