Los 3 Ojos & Waterfall
Los 3 Ojos is an essential visit in Santo Domingo. Swimming is not permitted there, which is why the tour includes a visit to a waterfall as well.
The tour departs at 8:30 am from Zona Colonial and heads to Los 3 Ojos, a cave featuring three underground lakes. A guided tour is provided through all of them, and at the third lake, a boat ride takes visitors to a fourth location: a stunning cenote.
Swimming is not allowed at Los 3 Ojos, so the tour continues with a one-hour drive to the beautiful, 27-meter high Salto Socoa waterfall. This location offers a large swimming area where visitors can swim and refresh themselves. The tour spends 1.5 hours at the waterfall, followed by a steep hike, a change of clothes, and an authentic Dominican lunch. The tour returns to Santo Domingo by 5:00 pm.
