Great Tour with Francisco :) - The tour fully covered the historic places of Santo Domingo, travel time was good and we had enough time to explore each stop. Our tour guide (Francisco) was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He also did the tour in Spanish, English, & French! Our driver was very friendly too although I did not catch his name. The cave location is super humid the deeper you go so keep that in mind and FYI you cannot swim in Los Tres Ojos. The site was very beautiful. We also got to see the President drive into the Palace while being escorted by the Dominican “Secret Service”, all around pretty cool experience. The lunch is traditional Dominican food and there is a dance show during as well. There was also about 45 minutes of free time to look walk around the Plaza area. If you can I’d plan what you’d like to see ahead of time, but the jewelry shop has very nice options with the natural stone of RD. I would recommend packing: A light bag, hand sanitizer, cold water, sunscreen, sunglasses, good walking shoes, clothing made for humidity, a battery powered mini fan if you get hot easy. Overall, I would recommend this tour :)

A couples safari. - Our tour guide I think her name was Crystal? Was amazing. She spoke in 4 languages and did it flawless. She told us she had came to the DR 30 years ago and has been there since. She was very knowledgeable about Santo Domingo. She made sure we followed the itinerary and we really enjoyed it all.

Great Historic Tour for Santo Domingo, just be ready for a long commute. - Great Tour Experience! We visited several amazing places, just as described in the tour. Although the commute was a bit long, it was definitely worth it for the natural and historic sites we explored. The guides were informative and made the experience enjoyable. The food wasn’t the highlight, but it was decent.

Mixed Experience – Great Sights, Poor Organization, and Wasted Time - We recently took a day trip to Santo Domingo, and while the city itself offers a lot of fascinating history and beautiful architecture, the overall tour experience was a bit disappointing. To start with the positives: the historical sites in Santo Domingo were definitely worth seeing. The Colonial Zone, Alcázar de Colón, and Catedral Primada were highlights. Our guide provided some good insights, and it was clear there's a lot of rich culture to take in. The Tour guide was also very informative and attentive to his group. However, the organization of the tour left much to be desired. The pickup and drop-off process was chaotic and uncoordinated, with a lot of waiting around and no clear communication. We spent more time than necessary just figuring out logistics, which cut into the time we could have spent enjoying the city. What was most frustrating, though, was the last two hours spent at basically two vendor shops. It felt less like a cultural experience and more like a commercial agreement between the tour company and the vendors. We would have preferred that time be spent exploring more of the city or enjoying a local meal, rather than being corralled into shopping for such a long time. Overall, Santo Domingo is definitely worth visiting, but this particular tour could use better structure and a more balanced itinerary. A little more focus on the actual destination and what additionally may be offered over the detours for shopping would go a long way.

Highly recommend - The guide is very nice and helpful. The city is beautiful and worth visit. The transportation was comfortable and air conditioned. The only down side is that it is very short time to visit all those places. We spent 20min only in the cave area and it is at least needs 45min to enjoy it and relax a bit. We spent only 5min in the Monument and I wish I was able to go into the several areas and explore the history events in there. We have only 1 hour in the old city and it definitely needs at least 2 hours maybe more.
