Continuing our tour, we visit the coastal town of Seixal, a hidden treasure with a black volcanic sand beach voted 3erd Best Beach in Europe and the secret place of Poças das Lesmas, where time stands still among ancient lava rock formations. Our journey proceeds to Porto Moniz, where natural volcanic pools are waiting for us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of this unique place. Then, be ready to enjoy an amazing off-road experience as we head to the magical Fanal, one of the 7th natural wonders of Portugal. (Lunch break-not included)Continuing our journey, we go through Paúl da Serra, the largest plateau on the island (1400 mts high). Cabo Girão, one of the highest sea cliffs in the world at 580 meters awaits with an amazing panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Câmara de Lobos (2 € not included).

A great way to see the island! - An amazing tour! We all had a blast. Such a great way to see Madeira. Tony is an amazing guide and driver. He knows so much and he is very funny, keeping us all entertained.
The lunch stop was at a delightful restaurant. The food was amazing (get the steak on a stone) and the service was attentive and sweet.
It is a great way to explore the island.
Make sure to bring a jacket - even in sunny weather!

Perfect Way to See The Island - Took this tour on 6 Nov 25. The jeep picked us up from the hotel bang on time. Franc our guide was extremely charming and gave us lots of information about the island throughout the day. There was a good variety of stops, unfortunately the pools at Porto Moniz were closed due to the large waves but these were spectacular to watch. Great to find the Witch's Tree in Fanal Forest and the off road section through the forest on the way home was the highlight. I would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing beautiful fun unforgettable - Diogo Camacho is the best guide that you can have he made an unforgettable experience for us. Views were stunning, off road amazing. He is so friendly and helpful, he gives all the best advices. He takes care of his passengers and really wants you to enjoy and helps you to enjoy the most possible. He is an example of how the guides should be. He has a good jokes and he is fun. We booked the tour , did the tour and booked again with him. I hope to see him again. Cant wait to come back!!!

Great day out! - We booked this tour prior to arriving based on the reviews and we were not disappointed! Tony was our guide for the day, the pick up was on time, well planned out, very friendly and he gave us lots of local knowledge and quite a few laughs along the way which made the experience fantastic. We were in safe hands all day. All the stops were great, my favourite was the natural pools. lunch was great, at a stop called Jungle rain, lots of food choices, vegan and gluten free included, great and friendly service and food, set price €20 which included bread, wine, main course, dessert and coffee, great value. My advice would be to pack for all seasons, the weather changes across the island. A great day out, thank you Tony for making it extra memorable.

A great day of multiple fun experiences. Tour guide helpful, informative. Highlights ALL OF IT!! - Take a drink but plenty opportunities for food and drink. Swimming things a must. Really full day full of activity.

Amazing sights around every corner - This tour was even better than described. The views were stunning from the look out to the water falls to the lava pools. We had a great guide too. The mountain off road was a blast and lunch (even though it wasn’t included) was a fun spot with great food. Every part of this tour was fun. No boring moments on this tour.

We had an unforgettable experience on the **Skywalk & Porto Moniz Volcanic Lava Pools** tour with **True Spirit**! Our guide, **Nelson**, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about Madeira. As a local, he provided fascinating insights into the island’s history, nature, and culture, making every stop along the way even more special.
The 4x4 ride was an adventure in itself, taking us through breathtaking landscapes, rugged off-road trails, and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. From the jaw-dropping Cabo Girão Skywalk to the stunning volcanic pools of Porto Moniz, every moment was incredible.
We were staying outside the pickup zone, but **True Spirit** accommodated us for a **€50 pickup and drop-off**, which made everything seamless. The entire experience was well-organized, fun, and beyond expectations. If you’re visiting Madeira, **this tour is an absolute must!**
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! Will do it again next time we are in Maderia !

No pickup - Confirmed pick up point with tour provider waited for over an hour tried to msg to confirm we were still being picked up got no response phoned Viator customer service who were very helpful they tried to contact tour provider also with no response and I was issued a refund viator were helpful issue with the tour provider

Be Aware !! bad rest... and the driver tony not very pro!! - I had a very disappointing experience with the GYG tour in Madeira operated by True Spirit. Our guide, Tony, was extremely unsafe and seemed to have i bort of drink problem very little knowledge about the places we visited. Throughout the trip, he kept giving us incorrect information, which I double-checked and found to be wrong. His driving was also reckless, making the whole experience feel dangerous rather than enjoyable. I expected a professional and well-informed guide, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I would not recommend this tour to anyone looking for a safe or educational experience in Madeira.
