- Mosque in Umoljani - This 200-year-old mosque is a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has withstood the country’s turbulent history and houses ancient Ottoman tombstones. Nearby is a medieval necropolis that is also visited.
- Studeni Potok - The hiking trail passes near Studeni Potok, an intermittent stream (class H - Hydrographic) in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe, situated at an elevation of 949 meters above sea level.
- Lukomir - Known as Bosnia’s highest and most secluded mountain village, Lukomir resembles a living ethnological museum where the traditions of nomadic tribes and Dinaric highlanders are still alive. It features unique stone houses with cherry-wood roof tiles. Access is restricted from December’s first snow until late April, except by skis or on foot. A newly built lodge is available for guests, offering magnificent hiking opportunities along the Rakitnica Canyon ridge.
- Studeni Potok - This is one of the longest streams, creating stunning natural art in the canyon between the mountains, resembling a snake. An exciting legend about this creature will be shared during the tour.
- Rakitnica Canyon - The hike to Lukomir takes place along the edge of Rakitnica Canyon. The Rakitnica River, a major tributary of the deep Neretva River, has carved a largely inaccessible, 26-kilometer-long, and breathtaking canyon between the Bjelašnica and Visočica Mountains. Rakitnica Canyon is one of Europe’s deepest canyons and is located just 30 kilometers from Sarajevo. The canyon’s headwaters are at 1,120 meters above sea level, while the confluence of the Rakitnica and Neretva is at 320 meters above sea level. Due to its unique beauty and inaccessibility, Rakitnica Canyon presents a true challenge for mountaineers, rafters, fishermen, and all who love wild, untouched nature.
- Sarajevo - After completing the hike, there is a return to Umoljani and then to Sarajevo, with a car available upon request. In Sarajevo, you will be transferred to your drop-off location.
