Henry was a great tour guide! Great story telling and provided more insight than other tours I have been on.

I loved the narrator/tour guide! He had THE BEST storyteller voice. I would’ve liked to stop at more places or gotten to go into some of the places. It was decent for a walking tour.

I greatly enjoyed my experience. It was fun and entertaining and our guide did a fabulous job telling the ghost stories! I did not find anything scary that is the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5! It was still a great time and I enjoyed it snd it was well worth my money and time.

Tour guide needs a microphone of some sort. At times it was hard to hear from her turning her head to address all the participants. Plus road noise and other noises. It was at times hard to hear the whole story. And that is what someone is paying for. Otherwise Deanna did a great job.

Deanna was great and knowledgeable . We felt the premise of the dead of night theme tour would offer more spook, and more haunting . Touring the graveyard and or going near or in the house would have made a larger impact and also should be mentioned that these things are not open at night for the tour . Thank you

Dear Ghost City Tours Team, I am writing to provide constructive feedback regarding "The Dead of Night Tour" I attended last night with Chloe. The tour description, which noted that "stories aren't softened for sensitive ears," led my wife to stay behind while I attended alone. However, the actual experience was quite the opposite. The delivery was frequently interrupted by cheesy punchlines and commentary, such as "ew that's gross," which significantly detracted from the intended atmosphere. Rather than an effective, atmospheric ghost tour, the storytelling felt more like a casual conversation among friends. Furthermore, Chloe appeared uncomfortable leading a large group. Her frequent nervous laughter during stories about death and alleged ghost sightings made the experience difficult to take seriously and undermined the credibility of the tour. I hope this feedback is helpful for future tours.

My wife and I thought it was supposed to be more “ghost hunting” oriented but maybe i misread what the tour was about. Kind of wish that was what we were doing

We were promised the “stairs of death” which didn’t happen so I feel like we didn’t get the entire tour. The guide relayed heavy on pictures on her phone to make the tour “spooky” DEFINITELY not what was advertised at all. It was a dark history lesson and that was all. Very frustrating
