Padi open water certification - It was a great experience, very professional. I learnt a lot and had lots of fun as well. I highly recommend. I am looking forward to our fun dive tomorrow and hopefully I will earn my PADI certification.

Fun Time - My wife, 31 year old daughter and I had a great and enjoyable snorkling trip 3 days ago. The crew was friendly and knowledgable. We were guided during the snorkling. Went to two spots. Enjoyed a visit to the beach. And had a very nice bag lunch. The price was reasonable. A lot of fun!

Diving at los arcos - We had. Great experience diving. My partners first time, and we were both a little nervous. Oswaldo was very patient and we had a great time. Definitely recommend!!

Learned how to scuba in the morning, then went out on a dive. - I've always wanted to try scuba diving, but the idea of taking a course over several weekends always put me off. The Discover Scuba Diving adventure was a great way to test our interest. Andre was a terrific teacher and did a great job keeping us safe.

Nice dive - Noushka was our dive Master, felt very safe with her, absolutely friendly and she know where the animals are. The dive was awsome saw a lot of Stingrails and other beautiful fishes. The only negativ recommandation i can make that there were no Snacks liked promised and if you book in a Hostel and not directly at the office you pay less.

Do not use this company. The worst travel experience ify - This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. I was put in danger. I was sent into the water with broken equipment. Two things were broke. If it were not for my family I am not sure what would have happened. As I was getting suited up to go into the water, I noticed my regulator was broken. My instructor told me to use my back up regulator. That should have been a red flag. I should not have been allowed in the water with a broken regulator and no backup. Period. However, I did go into the water with the broken equipment and I immediately knew something was wrong. I was unable to stay afloat. My inflator was completely broken. The weight of my tank and weighted belt made it extremely difficult to keep me above water. I could not hold my head above water. My kids were holding me up and my instructor was no where in sight. She finally arrived yet at this point I was in full blown panic mode unable to breathe normally and struggling. My kids helped me get my tank and belt off. The instructor was there but she was not helpful. Additionally, she was not there to help me swim back to the boat which was not close. It was a terrifying experience. It was unsafe and my mishap was handled so poorly. Barely and apology or a check to see if I was OK. In addition to being sent into the water with broken equipment my daughter’s boyfriend was under water with an instructor and he was left there alone for a while as the instructor came back up to the surface. That should not have happened. So many failures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unreliable and unreachable. - This Tour operator canceled us three hours prior to our first scheduled event. When we rescheduled for the following day, and showed up, their office was closed and no one showed up. The owner emailed us indicating that they do not want TripAdvisor or Viator bookings and only wants customers to book on their website. Viator representative also tried to reach this company and they did not respond to any of the inquiries and we’re not able to be reached. Considering the confidence one must have in the professionalism of a scuba diving company, it does not add to the customers confidence when they not only do not open their doors to business, but cannot be reached. I would highly recommend customers seeking another alternative to using this company that has proven extremely unreliable.
