Quick and efficient. - Must-do for busy travel season in Vietnam. We were met with our representative right at the arrival hall. Clearly marked signage with our name. We were then quickly led to a separate line. The whole process of getting off the plane to clearing customs was no more than 10mins. The longest part was waiting for our luggage to arrive. But that had nothing to do with the fast track service. After we got our bad, we were let to our private transfer to our hotel. Whole process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend for any visitors to Vietnam.

Smooth - We were very impressed with the the assistance today. We were met at the designated position. My name was prominently displayed and I found the rep very easily. The time saved using the service was great. The lines for the general immigration was large and we went through much quicker and without any issues. I would definitely use the service again and am very happy to recommend it.

Fast track Vietnam Customs - The BEST - This is the only way to easily clear customs and get a taxi to hotel. They are fantastic and I’ll always use them (multiple times/year). Great customer service, very reliable, very easy to to work with. Pay the money and use them, we love the Dragon King’s services!

Best for traveler with kids or seniors - best option if you are traveling with kids or seniors. You do not have to wait in line for a long time. Also works best for anyone who has less time. Hanoi immigration wait times may not be as long as in HCMH, but it is worth trying for anyone who wants/needs a shorter wait.

Wonderful way to be welcomed - Simple and pleasant way to enter Vietnam .. in my case Hanoi. As a first time visitor and solo traveler, not knowing what to expect, I felt more confident knowing I would be escorted through the entry procedures. One less thing to stress about after a long haul flight. Worth it. My escort, Phan Mai made my arrival fun and unique .. she took special care of me and I appreciate her attention to details.
