DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI

Noi Bai International Airport - Upon arrival in Hanoi, complete the immigration and visa on arrival procedures at the airport. Meet the driver and proceed to the pre-arranged hotel.

Old Quarter - Check in at the hotel and prepare to explore Vietnam’s capital city. Enjoy leisure time in the Old Quarter, experiencing the vibrant local life. This lively area, with its narrow streets and alleys, is home to countless small businesses and shops. It’s a fantastic place to explore with numerous photo opportunities. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 2: HOA LU – TAM COC – MUA CAVE DAY TRIP (B/L)

Old Quarter - After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel in Hanoi, be ready for a pick-up by a friendly guide and depart for Ninh Binh province. A short 15-20 minute break will be taken en route to relax.

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - Arrive in Ninh Binh after about 2 hours. Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010, and learn about Vietnamese history during the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

Ninh Binh - Midday, enjoy lunch at a restaurant featuring local dishes such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are available at the buffet.

Tam Coc - After lunch, take a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride in Tam Coc. Be amazed by the picturesque beauty of paddy fields, rivers, clouds, sky, and a stunning cave system. This area is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land.” Continue the tour with a 45-minute bike ride around the village to discover local life.

Mua Caves - Return to the bus and head to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc.

Old Quarter - After the tour, return to Hanoi and be dropped off at the hotel in the Old Quarter.

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

Old Quarter - Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and prepare for an exciting trip to the stunning Halong Bay.

Halong Bay - Travel through the Red River Delta, observing the daily life of Vietnamese villagers. Upon arrival in Halong, board a luxurious cruise ship and receive a warm welcome from the crew. In the afternoon, explore hidden gems in the Bay of the Descending Dragon, including fascinating caves, pristine beaches, floating villages, and incredible rock formations. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board and some leisure time. Participate in a spring roll cooking demonstration or relax and enjoy the views.

Halong Bay - As the sun sets, admire the beautiful colors of the sky from the cruise’s sundeck. In the evening, enjoy a delightful dinner with a selection of wines and beverages (drinks at an additional cost). Options include watching a movie, squid fishing, or enjoying a drink surrounded by majestic limestone rocks. Spend the night on the luxurious cruise in the serene Halong Bay.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L)

Halong Bay - Rise early to witness the stunning sunrise over the bay and participate in a Tai Chi lesson on the Sundeck. Start the day with a light breakfast, followed by a colorful brunch on the cruise. Continue exploring Halong Bay, sailing past its 2000+ islets and visiting major highlights like awe-inspiring caves, beautiful beaches, and floating villages. Capture stunning photos and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE
