Wonderful airport - This airport has only one terminal and divided to many departures that make me confuse but the airport has site with an option to update u through the WhatsApp giving you all the information u need which was fantastic I could determine where the check in desk and the gate before I go to the airport and guide me to the door I go through , the airport is so organized but they need more seats for waiting till ur check in desk open

Superb Services with a Warm Welcome - Services were superb. And, communication exceed my expectations. He texted me upon arrival and met me where it was convenient for me. His car was clean with water provided and a phone charger. He assisted with my luggage with a warm and welcoming smile. The ride was of excellence and I would most definitely use them again. I excellent airport - Flew in and out of here on a recent trip to Holland. The airport is massive and there is plenty to do and many shops to mooch around. When arriving the train connections are good and there’s lots of hire cars

Amsterdam International Airport - Large airport with good services There are a number of restaurants, cafes, gift shops, tax free before chik in with objectives to be highlighted and have a desk inside as well Prefer to arrive early because the building is too large and the hall is time-consuming

...GREAT AIRPORT!!...🛬👌✈️🎉👍⬆️!!️ - ...is one of the great airports in Europe!!...is Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport!!...which is located about twenty kilometers from the center!!...and is one of the few in the world that is below sea level!!...amazing!!...and also one of the few that has convenient direct connections!!...and at a good price!!...so it is quite simple and cheap!!...I traveled with the main Dutch flag carrier!!...KLM!!!...many are the services present in this great airport!!...everything and more!!!...many shops and good quality!!...so much so that it is said that many Dutch people come right here to do their shopping!!...as if it were a real shopping center!!...so the wait for boarding definitely becomes pleasant!!...to me personally Amsterdam Airport!!...did not leave a good memory!!...because at the time of the security checks!!...and precisely with the search...they took me to the cabin!!!...because I had a bandage!...because I had sclerotherapy that I had done a few days before!!...but then clearly everything was fine!!!!...and what can I say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!️

Terrible, badly managed, stressful - Give yourself an extra three hours if you plan to use this airport. They have one person at passport control for hundreds of passengers, then you have only 30 to 60 minutes to get to their international flights absolutely crazy and poorly manage.

Worst modern airport and Easy Jet flight ever! - The worst modern airport I’ve ever been to! Easy Jet flight back to Birmingham, got a panicky email the day before flying stating due to operational issues please allow 3 hours for check in/security, for a 1 hour flight ???? Anyway, check in was chaos, massive queue, 5 flights worth we think, one hour to get to bag drop, bags everywhere, turns out the belts were broken, checked the bag in then just dumped it in front of check in, then onto another hour for security, then passport control, it’s ridiculous, people crying with stress trying to make flights, anyway, get on the plane, guess what, no bags loaded, Captain gave the option for people to vacate the plane if they didn’t want to travel without their luggage, 2 people get off, that caused an hour delay, he stated it would all be dealt with automatically by Easy Jet and luggage would travel the following day and be couriered to us at home. Text message after we got home asking us to report to a staff member if our bag not at arrivals, which they know as bag never made it on the plane, here we are 2 days later, no answer on the helpline, no reply to my report of a missing bag, and no bag! It will stop me from flying into Schipol again, and Easy Jet have been hopeless as well, avoid both!

Dont fly thru Schipol, NL - poorly organized transfers from one flight to another. hundreds of people in line and an airport employee yells out not to get in transfer line unless your flight is at a certsin time. This happened when i arrived and had to transfer and watching this messed up transfer system from a second floor cafe, my flight in 2-3/4 hours... Recommend NEVER fly thru Schipol.

Poor signage, inoperative escalators and inefficient other than security. - Absolutely the poorest signage and direction when arriving from the US on a Delta flight to transit on to Norway. No information panels close by to direct which way toward terminal, so figure it all out well before if you can! Even when I found the panel (which is not well marked) found it small and hard to make out easy and quick. Additionally making it comical was the unloading of the aircraft being down off the stairs, and onto a transit bus like it used to be in Moscow 25 years ago and presumably still is. Then again regular stairs back upstairs inside the terminal next to an inoperative escalator. Not normally a problem but for a lot of the elderly passengers next to me they were clearly stressed having to carry their luggage and themselves up in a hurry. With a tight connection this just makes it for a no bathroom stop time available and an overall unnecessarily stressful experience. No stars - “yellow sign clown show”.
