- Mountain America Stadium - Visit ASU’s impressive football stadium, the venue for the first Super Bowl held in Arizona.
- Tempe Butte - Discover ASU’s A Mountain and learn about the easy hike that offers breathtaking views of Arizona’s natural beauty.
- Old Town Scottsdale - Explore Old Town Scottsdale and discover what makes the vibrant heart of the city so unique. Nestled within nine walkable neighborhoods, you’ll find a distinctive collection of shops, restaurants, art galleries, and nightclubs, along with contemporary public art installations, world-class museums, and historic sites from the late 1880s. This seamless blend of urban chic and Old West charm gives the downtown area its unique flair, making it a must-visit on any Scottsdale itinerary!
- Continental Golf Club - Situated in the heart of Scottsdale, Continental Golf Club’s par-60 executive layout offers top-notch golf and a variety of beautiful amenities.
- Tempe Town Lake - Tempe Town Lake is Arizona’s second-most visited public attraction! The lake, over 2 miles long, was created by damming a section of the dry Salt River and adding water. Today, it continues to function like a river, managing rainwater and snow runoff by adjusting the dam as needed to maintain the lake’s water level.
- Papago Park - Papago Park has played a significant role in Phoenix’s history: it served as a reservation for indigenous tribes, a fish hatchery during the Great Depression, a POW camp during World War II, and a VA hospital. Currently, the park hosts The Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, golf courses, various museums, baseball fields, lakes, and Sonoran Desert flora and fauna.
- Hunt’s Tomb - Perched on a hill and visible throughout the park is a white pyramid that serves as the tomb for Arizona’s first governor, George W.P. Hunt. Built in 1931 for his wife, Hunt was also interred there upon his death in 1934. Other family members are buried there as well. A short walk to the top offers views of the surrounding area, including Hole-in-the-Rock, inside the Phoenix Zoo, and the eastern part of Greater Phoenix.
- Hole in the Rock - This fascinating formation on the park’s east side features a main chamber overlooking nearby lagoons and the distant downtown skyline, offering spectacular views, especially at sunset. The trail to the chamber consists of steps rising 200 feet over just 1/10 of a mile. The formation is believed to have been used by the ancient Hohokam civilization to track the sun’s position through a hole in the rock “ceiling.”
- Desert Botanical Garden - The Desert Botanical Garden is home to thousands of species of cacti, trees, and flowers from around the world, spread across 55 acres in Phoenix, Arizona.
