Quite fun way of exploring a city - Quite fun way of exploring a city. Pros: * App worked well (geolocation was accurate) * Story was quite fun * Managed to do a lot of sight-seeing on foot while playing Cons: * Some of the stages felt a bit pointless (like chasing a witness - you just do lots of small walks and checking the app each time) * A bit pricey for access to an app

- Ok fun, had some trouble getting started. But customer service helped well. Would like you to think a little more... but nice entertainment. Also remember to look at the city while you walk around.

Disappointing experience - The expectations were high when today we went to the big street in Malmö to play Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson for a while. We've previously played this type of game where you're being led around the city and have to guess puzzles along the way and are enthusiastic with the combination of entertainment and learn a little about the city you play in. However, already at the start there were difficulties as we had received two contradictory messages about the start of the game. One said big street and another big street, so we didn't know where to start. We took the chance with a big gate that turned out to be right. After starting the confusion we had fun with the game. We had to find an insurance office and with my boyfriend's memory and my ability to use a card we set off on our way. My boyfriend thought he could remember where some insurance offices were and that matched the direction on the card. However, we ended up at a couple of random houses and had to solve puzzles. Unfortunately, it quickly turned out that my girlfriend’s ability to remember could not be used for anything and game and reality didn’t hang together. Except that in a few cases you had to use numbers and letters from surrounding buildings, there was no connection between the game and the reality we walked around in... And in that way you could just as well have played the game in a parking cellar. The puzzles one had to solve also had nothing to do, neither with Malmö City nor with the main game itself where one has to solve a murder. Most puzzles were mathematical or geometric tasks, such as solving number puzzles that lead to a password. The tasks were set as witnesses spoke, and most were the condition of the witnesses to want to speak. The structure of the tasks was so that in most cases one could as well have sat at home in his bed and solved them. However, a positive element was that the vast majority of puzzles were laid near benches so that one could sit down and solve the puzzles. That's well thought out. The type of puzzles quickly became monotonous for us and the endless wandering after witnesses that did not make sense made us give up to complete the game. We were trying to guess on a killer, since we had what we needed of tracks. But this was not possible. Either because of a mistake in the game or because you can't guess until you've spoken to all the witnesses. At that time we had traveled about 5 km. SO: If you like mathematical/geometric puzzles and don’t care much about whether games and reality are connected but just want to walk a 5-6 km and get around the city, then the game is for you. There are benches along the way at regular intervals where you can rest. Personally, we expected something different and do not think that the game is worth $156.
