An amazing experience - This was an amazing experience. They transported me to my location with no problem. Staff was so professional and made sure I was ok. When there was a delay heading to my location the gentleman let me know as well as we had a conversation about where I was from and all the places he has been. I used them to pick me up as well and the lady was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone

Cruise Pier 66 to SeaTac airport very easy. - Good sign with Seattle Express and helpful person right outside the cruise terminal. We got on a non stop airport shuttle immediately. Other people that were waiting for a hotel shuttle with the same company were waiting in line. So I guess its just timing. The shuttle does not stop at each airline so we did walk a bit to get checked in. Overall, the value for the money was good. Would do it again.

Really good service - So glad I booked this transfer as usual chaotic cruise terminal, people trying to get taxis and ubers and this service was quick and easy. Bit of advice as you go to exit the terminal building keep to the right, signs for shuttle transfer to the left are the ships one with massive queues. This shuttle express service as so much better.

Long line, Long wait. - Signage would have helped. People continued to ask those of us in line if this was the right company. Not sure why things moved so slowly and why shuttles took so long to arrive. Staff was friendly and had good record keeping. Thank goodness weather cooperated.

Driver was nice, but... - Driver was nice, but late. Needed to get to the airport and had to wait little more than 15 minutes for him to arrive. Guide with orange clip board didn't show up until we were boarded and leaving. Very confusing when he wasn't there and there were so many buses.
