A great service & we had a wonderful driver. - We had a great bus trip from our hotel to Pier 91. It was right on time and our driver, Fapa was fantastic! He essentially narrated a tour on the way with interesting information about the city, the area, and the history. Great driver!

The best transfer company in Seattle! - So glad we booked Seattle Express for our transfer from our airport hotel to the Pier 91 cruise terminal. We also used them going back to Seattle airport from Pier 91. They were easy to locate, showed up on time, helped us with our luggage and the best part is that they are much cheaper than the other transfers, including the cruise ship transfers (they cost almost double). They are extremely helpful, friendly, and dependable. Our drivers were great- they had us laughing and they were really friendly. I had to call their office with a couple questions, and even the office staff is really efficient, nice and patiently answered all my questions. There's a reason why they get such great reviews - they are top notch! Would definitely use them again.

First time cruisers - Shuttle was a breeze! - First-ever cruise for us, and our first time in Seattle. We booked a shuttle transfer from the hotel to the Pier, and from the Pier to the airport after the cruise. It was a smooth, well-organized process! Stress free! Remember - it was our first-ever cruise. The whole process was overwhelming, but Seattle Express lightened the mental load! Friendly staff, too!

Great service - Great service! I left my bag at the hotel before the cruise, and they had someone pick it up and bring it to the terminal in plenty of time for me to board. Staff was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Definitely Recommend!! - We took Seattle Express from our Hotel to Pier 91 and from the Pier to Seattle International Airport. There were 4 of us in our group. We had a great experience. Divers were on time, helpful and courteous. On our ride back to the airport after our cruise we commented on how glad we were that we booked Seattle Express. We had no problems and at the pier there was no waiting as they had plenty of bus transportation to the airport. We would definitely recommend.

Not like the trains in Japan but still fairly dependable - One must be prepared to have the shuttle take a lot more time than one would expect. We got left curbside and had to call twice to get a ride
