Service was great. I got... - Service was great. I got off the ship around 7:45 am and the bus was already there waiting. I arrived at Seattle airport with plenty of time before my flight took off. The price was great! It was much cheaper than the price offer by the cruise ship.

Cruise transfer - Easy transfer between Pier 91 and Seatac. The driver was helpful, humorous, courteous, and professional.

Fast, clean, easy - The shuttle instructions after booking were very easy to understand and follow. The shuttle was waiting when we disembarked and we only waited about 10 minutes to leave. The drive to the airport was safe and the driver was courteous. Would boom with them again for sure!

Okay, but... - Easy to book. Good communication. At the pick up point, Pier 91, they did not know when the shuttle would arrive. A lot of confusion. Apparently they only had 1 shuttle running and they were also doing scheduled hotel pick-up. We got to the airport okay. Give yourself plenty of time.

Allow plenty of extra... - Allow plenty of extra time to get to the airport. I booked a 7:00 a.m. pick up for a 10:00 a.m. flight to arrive 2 hours before the flight as recommended by the airline. While the shuttle was there at 7:00, it did not leave for another hour, the time I had expected to be at the airport. They were waiting for additional passengers. The transport people assured me this was not a problem as SEATAC is a small airport & that I would breeze through check in very quickly. When the shuttle finally left, the route was surface roads most of the way, & the driver stopped for every light anticipating it would turn red. This was a very long ride before we finally got on a freeway, which was just before the airport. By the time I got to the airport, which had security complications, I had to run to my gate. The flight was well into boarding the passengers by the time I reached the gate. While I did make my flight, I was very close to missing it.
