Service was great. I got... - Service was great. I got off the ship around 7:45 am and the bus was already there waiting. I arrived at Seattle airport with plenty of time before my flight took off. The price was great! It was much cheaper than the price offer by the cruise ship.

Fast, clean, easy - The shuttle instructions after booking were very easy to understand and follow. The shuttle was waiting when we disembarked and we only waited about 10 minutes to leave. The drive to the airport was safe and the driver was courteous. Would boom with them again for sure!

Very cost effective... - Very cost effective compared to the cost of a taxi or ride share. The employees were very nice & the cruise were terminal volunteers were very helpful in finding the correct spot for us to go

Okay, but... - Easy to book. Good communication. At the pick up point, Pier 91, they did not know when the shuttle would arrive. A lot of confusion. Apparently they only had 1 shuttle running and they were also doing scheduled hotel pick-up. We got to the airport okay. Give yourself plenty of time.

Seattle Pier 91 to Sea-Tac area hotel. - Easy loading after disembarking from HAL at Pier 91 Seattle. Staff loaded and unloaded our 4 luggage bags and dropped us at the Hitel we booked by Sea-Tac.
