Delectable Seafood Experience - We enjoyed every minute of this tour. Carolyn, our tour guide, led us through Pike’s Place Market, and her informative historical stories were just as good as the delicious seafood we ate during our two-hour tour. I highly recommend this tour for seafood lovers!

Excellent tour and lots of lovely seafood - We are staying in Seattle for a few nights after our cruise to Alaska before flying home to England and took this tour with Carolyn. She is extremely informative and approachable and did a terrific job of herding our group around a very busy market. Lots of delicious things to taste including prawns, salmon and oysters. Our favourite was the crab but it was all good. Highly recommended - a lovely tour and a lovely lady.

A Must Have - Thoughtful Chef Tours owner and tour guide was phenomenal yesterday at showing us the seafood scene at the Pike Place Market! Her demeanor and personality are so disarming and pleasant toward participants, vendors and most notably “competing” tour guides companies. This said a lot about her personally and professionally. Her stories about the market history were conveyed in a very digestible way and a lot of the tidbits shared highlighted the historical self sufficiency of Seattle. Having been a chef, Carolyn’s seafood choices were phenomenal, especially the clam chowder! Holy cow that was THEE BEST EVER. The portions supplied in the samples were surprisingly filling. Seriously, I’d recommend EVERYONE coming to Seattle to sign up with Carolyn at Thoughful Chef Tours. It’d be a decision you won’t regret!

Great food tour! - What a great tour !
Carolyn has selected some of the best foodie spots in Pike Place Market. Amazing knowledge of the vendors on how they source and sell the products .
The historical side of the tour was extremely interesting as well.

Wonderful tour and amazing food. - The tour was fabulous! I have been to Pikes Place Market at least 8 times in my life but still learned so much about the market, its vendors and, its history.
Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly with all the vendors and the rest of the tour attendees. We all had a great time.
I HIGHLY recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful history and a seafood lover's dream tour - Our guide was fantastic...I'm a Seattle resident of 35 years, and I learned so much history about the origins of this wonderful Town that I hadn't heard before. And the quality and amount of establishments we visited gave us a really tasty 😋 overview of the incredible seafood our Salish sea has to offer us.
