Participants will visit three restaurants in Seattle’s Downtown, along with the city’s oldest fish market. At each stop, delightful seafood dishes will be savored, including Salmon, Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, Chowder, and Sushi.

Throughout the journey, participants will learn about the city’s history and culture, particularly in relation to its waterways. Discover the distinctiveness of the Northwest landscapes and the significant role water has played in shaping its identity.
This is a walking tour, covering approximately half a mile on foot. Most of the tour will be spent seated in restaurants.
